I don't know how you'd make the shape key exactly, but some few models come with it. The idea is to have a shapekey (the same thing that gives you facial expressions on hand gestures) where the skirt front is lifted up. Then you can trigger the shape key with your hand gesture. I'm guessing you wont be able to make that animation smooth? Or could you move the keyframes beyond a one frame animation and it still work?

Not in the sightliest. It's people that overruse particle effects and dynamic bones that cause lag. There's very little performance difference between a 20k and 50k avatar. But a stupidly huge difference between 10 dynamic bones and 50. Add colliders to that and you're just being a dick. Honestly, the SDK would be better if it had a limit on dynamic bones.

Just look for lewd dance animations for 3d applications in general, then import it as FBX.
Set the rig correctly, then extract the animation and slap it onto one of the override emotes.

You're limited to only 10 seconds per emote though, but you can make it longer depending on which override you use.

Pro tip: Generic Rigs are bugged, but they can emote for up to 50 seconds.
