How do you adjust bone heirachies within Blender? For some reason the hips and shoulders are attached to the lower spine and neck instead of hips and upper chest and Unity won't let me adjust it

On top of that, the third M4A4 on my body disappears as intended when I activate the other M4s, but it remains on my body in cameras and mirrors.
