It's a bug atm. How did you calibrate in Driver4VR? I just picked 5 random spots in the room and stood in 3, crouched in 2. When I got in game, I just knew to match my body with the t-pose of the avatar and hit a button (my feet were too high on the avatar).

I think I need to raise my Kinect as well, and push it further back, which might mean I need to totally move my desk... right now the Kinect is on the floor, roughly, so I think it tracks my feet worse than it could do.
