All of the sudden a day or two ago my VRchat experience went from being pretty stable good FPS with dips only when it was super crowded to suddenly every minute or so I drop down to like 10fps for 30 seconds or so like clockwork regardless of how many people are around, even happens in loading menus. Any ideas where to start looking to solve something like this?

What do you even do in VRchat as a lone desktopper with no friends? Most of the time I am just traveling randomly in populated worlds, finding avatars, passing by stray persons and what not. Occasionally see crowds hanging out talking or doing special effect stuff but I am too awkward and uneducated to just join them.
