Does anybody do commissions or can point me to somebody who does? I'm having this problem where the bone are fine in Blender but fucked in Unity. Trying to manually change the bones in Unity works except that Unity refuses to allow the hip bones to be parented to the base of the spine. It says they aren't children when they quite clearly are. Anyway, I'm not smart enough to figure this out so I'd rather just throw some money at somebody to fix it and add some animations.

You should paint anything you want to move that doesn't have a bone under your head bone already painting that portion. If it has a bone (eyes, dynamic parts of the hair, etc), do not.
You'll want to take the painting more off of your neck as well, the collar of your shirt should not move with it.
