Alright, so I moved the GameObject > Camera to the armature and parented it to the wrist. I duplicated my model and rigged up an animation for turning on the camera and making the phone active. In VRchat the camera works locally (but it's already on before I even use my override?), but everyone else says they just seen a black screen. I was at this point earlier. Is that an image of your current setup? You need to toggle the camera component, like I said, not the game object. Pic related. Have it look like that by default, and then check the checkbox when recording the animation.

The "Camera : Game Object.Is Active" setting doesn't need to be there. because the default value for it should already be "active".

How do I get NoeNoe's overlay shader to be unlit? Setting emission to one to make it glow in dark doesn't include the overlay that's its whole point.

Yeah to clarify, you're gonna have to install a few things for the VR thing to work properly as we're not using the Windows 10 Minecraft VR but instead use Vivecraft. You do need a copy of Minecraft to play though. The gamer is currently making a pastebin of everything you need to know + install guide so sit tight, we did some testing and it's looking great so far.

I have a semi-transparent texture. It looks fine in Blender, what shader and settings does it need to get this effect in Unity? Adjusting the alpha cutout makes the glass completely invisible, but I want it semi-transparent.

The standard shader set to fade makes the whole cabinet transparent, I'm asking if there's a shader or setting that only uses the texture's alpha layer for transparency. Cutout does that but it doesn't do it gradually.

In the past, I have encountered this issue where I have messed up one of my colliders and it has been too large. If you miss a 0 somewhere and set a collider to something like 0.2 where it needs to be 0.02, the collider will be larger than the scene and will tupper you in the way that your screenshot depicts. You should go back and check your values.

Well first I'd suggest not messing with anything, to make sure your camera just works in-game. If you messed with tiling, I assume it's because you wanted to flip the image horizontally? You just need to set the tiling to -1 and the offset to 1. If you wan to eliminate stretching just make sure the resolution (in the render texture settings) is the same ratio as the size of your screen.

To get it to not draw from the center of your head, you need to parent the marker to an empty gameobject that is parented to your base model (not your armature). This is where your marker will draw from, so move it where you want. After that, you'll have to add a fixed joint to the gameobject (which will also add a rigidbody) and connect it to a rigidbody component on your head. It looks zoomed in because your field of view setting for the camera is at 16.1 and it should be much higher than that. Try 60 (which was the default). The X tiling should be -1 and the X offset should be 1, that's it. Then your render texture texture dimensions depends on the size of your screen.

When I started working for VRChat, my parents were pretty interested in what was going on. Not in playing, but just in what it was.

I run an association and we want some kind of VR thing, either WMR, HTC, Rift or PSVR. I think PSVR has the biggest weeb library out there, and we have contact with a local that has 4 HTC Vive and will bring them to our events, so we don't really want to get an HTC Vive we will probably wait until their local goes to shit to buy the HTC Vives for like 200€ each or whatever.

So the thing right now is Windows Mixed Reality (Samsung, for like 400€) vs PSVR for 250€. Which has the biggest VR anime game list? Probably we will get free gaymes when 5.05 comes out, thought it looks like it's a never ever. We also have two PS4 Pro and two or maybe three PCs with i7/r7 and 1060/70/80ti, so hardware isn't a problem at all.

The dev bot in the room cannot crash and it knows everything, silently.

How can I tell if the camera or something on my xbox 360 connect is simply broken? It connects to my computer and shows up in the system, driver4vr detects it and things run smoothly without any errors appearing on the screen. However, no matter how I position it, no matter what distance I am from the kinect or what position I'm in, it refuses to show any form of tracking on the pink screen. What height do you people keep you kinect at and how far back do you stand to get tracking?
