Yeah, Ninjaripper doesn't seem to work with Vermintide 2. I got it to launch me into the game, but Intruder Inject and DX11 both seem to do nothing. Warhammer 2 may be the only option for now.

You may have to be the one to actually get them working, though, as I probably messed the process up. Just get the Radious mod and you'll have access to everything I did.

Since I didn't find any TTS + VC setup guides that were worth the time it took to read them, I decided to make my own setup.
This is a guide for anyone who needs a Text-To-Speech + Voice Changer setup that just werks.

This is all you need. To start using TTS open Google Translate webstie in Firefox, select the language you want to use, then type the sentence you want to say ingame and click the speaker icon to read it like in pic 4.
If you want to test the setup beforehand, you can use Audacity, change the device settings like pic 5. Start recording and then press the Listen button in firefox to read your sentence.
After recording, click stop in Audacity and select "File > Export Audio" to save and listen to the result. It should sound something like this: https://my.mixtape.moe/cdfzrk.wav
You can use this setup to play music ingame too. In Foobar, go to "File > Preferences > Playback > Output" then in Device section select "CABLE Input" and click ok.
Note that MorphVOX will affect Foobar playback too, before playing any music turn off the "Morph" option in MorphVOX.
Ask a trusted player ingame to help you test things out to make sure your volume isn't too loud nor too low (high volume spam can get you banned).

I've had only two minor issues that I can think of, and that is one of those gay earbuds that I got for the Oculus broke, so I'm back to using the over ear oculus headphone things (which I actually like more anyway). The other problem is I have a strange issue with my left analog stick, where it drifts left sometimes very slowly. It hasn't happened again, so it may have been a strange bug of some sort.

I like Rift Core 2.0 alot, and I do love the controllers a great deal. My mounted sensor placement has been perfect, also, with no tracking loss. Really looking forward to the Kinect to arrive so I can begin fucking around with that.

Rift, 3 sensors. Head and hand tracking is perfect, the sensors cover my whole 4m x 3m bedroom. I used to have a problem with 2 sensors where it wouldn't be able to track my hands when they were behind my body but the 3rd sensor fixed that.

Speaking from personal experience, probably using a voice changer. I didn't use it for the first few meetups I went to, and was using it as a gag in the meetup I actually starting meeting people. Now that more people are used to hearing me with it on than without I feel really weird about turning it off.

Runescape is a bit much but yeah the game environments are pretty bad. It's not so much "graphics" as it is an over-reliance on Unity store assets. A lot of the guns use public-domain audio, too, which sounds awful, and the Vertigo map has the weirdest and ugliest skybox I have ever seen in a game.
