I want to add a Property to an animation.

Every time I do, it simply doesn't fucking happen.

And it always only fucking happens when I try to add the Property into the hand/wrist hierarchy, I can put it on the forearm, the shoulder, fucking anywhere but the hands, and that stops me from adding any items into my hands.

Been posting this on the official Unity forums, and it seems like I'm literally the only one on the entire internet that has this issue.

It's not a bug in the Unity version I use, I've tried several versions with the same issue.

Can anyone tell me what the fuck's going on before I rip my hair out?

l think you created the animation for the finger since that was what you had selected when you created it. Try selecting the copy of your avatar then create new animation, or create an animation directly from the folder and drag it into the avatar copy. Also l think vrchat is bitchy about disabling game objects so you might want to disable mesh renderer instead of game object

Like if I'm on my first slot going to my second would be much easier with anything other than a touch controller.
