Often times the existing UVs or unwraps can have squished, overlapping, or non-existent polygon mapping (having all vertices on a single point), I imagine auto atlas gives each polygon the most logical UVs by projecting from a direct facing angle to minimize stretching, and just packs them in the most space-efficient manner which ends up scattering the grouped polygons all over the place.

Not sure about impossible to atlas, nothing is impossible to atlas (or give proper UV maps, which is what the auto-atlas tool does, just not in a manner that is easy for humans to look at or modify afterwards)

I was about to type up a huge spiel on UV mapping/unwrapping but that probably deviates from the original topic..

Yeah, it would be nice if auto atlas just separated the materials and arranged them nicely as they are. Thankfully that's not too hard to do manually. For anything that I actually care enough to be able to edit afterwards I don't mind, since I'd want to selectively scale parts up or down for more or less detail too.

Yes, but it's pretty limited. You can interact with any dynamic bones on the model, but the maid doesn't do anything in response. There's a mod that makes her react, but it's somewhat broken and doesn't work in sex scenes. There's also a camera you can take screenshots with, methods to move the view point, as well as menu operation. I've heard there's a mod that allows you to move any bone to a new position even during sex, but I've never found it.

The motherboard came without a CPU retention bracket, meaning I cannot mount any sort of cooler on it, and the storms outside delay any sort of shipment by weeks. I am throwing in my towel, I quit. Okay, so I've been conceptualizing this for awhile now, but I figured I'd run it by the general before I try to implement it:

A VR movement system that's similar in concept to teleporting, but instead of simply blinking you to the end of the arc's trajectory, you will actually be sent flying along the arc that you set, enabling you to act while in mid-flight. For example, if this were a melee-based game, you could leap into the air, slash at a target with your sword and then land back on the ground.
Additionally, the concept could be expanded by allowing players to perform a "stomp" by aiming an arc at a spot below them while in the air, sending them blasting towards the ground at high speed, sending a shockwave outward, or something.

How do people bind animation overrides that require two overrides to activate? For example, if I took a sword out with my rock and roll animation, and wanted to light it on fire with my open hand animation, but I would want to have both rock and roll and open hand going at the same time to make that happen, this way I don't accidentally pull out a flaming sword with just an open hand gesture.

Actually, shit, I just realised how to do it. You put the flames lower on the hierarchy than the sword and have them both deactived, so you need to activate the sword first because the flames can't activate with the sword inactive above it. I'm pretty sure that will work.

I'm bad at explaining things, but what you do is have, in this example, a gun with a bullet particle effect(and maybe a sound) as the gun's child. You have the gun activate on one override, and then have the effect activate on the other. Due to how the parenting works, the particle effect should not go off unless the parent is also activated.
