The full-body guides are included as pastebin links in the VRChat mega-bin and listed in the table of contents, they aren't important enough to deserve their own links in the OP. In addition, whoever removed the /vrg/ introduction pastebin, please do not, I'm going to improve it over time, although any help in doing so would be appreciated. I've pulled the recommended VR games out because that is most definitely important enough to deserve a link directly in the OP. If you have any complaints about this current layout, state them and I'll improve it. The current OP is a disgusting mess that would be better fit for something called /vrcg/, which we are not and never will be.

I had to sit down and explain to him for 25 minutes how to bypass the poly limit in the SDK so he could use the avatar which was 24k polys. I copy and pasted it, he couldn't figure it out, I took a screenshot of my notepad file for him to just copy, he couldn't figure it out. I literally give him my SDK, and somehow he still can't do it. I'm planning on updating my world again this weekend to add a few pedestals and remove my Discord from it, since I figured it's been mostly a pain.

How about adding little extremely simple puzzles for the specially good or memetic avatars? Or jumping puzzles maybe? Not too sure if those annoy people but I do like a bit of challenge to get some good avatars for a pedestal.

Yeah, that's nothing to do with the full body fix. If the legs are perfectly vertical, VRChat doesn't know which way around they are so you just get a random orientation when you T-pose and they're go sideways and backwards, or anything.

When the shoulder over-rotates - this is righthand at hip, palm facing out. That should be around 150 degree rotation of the upper arm, but it seems to spin it a full rotation or more. It also happens when a hand is held above the head and rotated. It only does it in the fullbody IK and every maid I import has this problem.

How important are the differences in field of view and sweetspot between the rift and the vive? How bad is the Rift for someone who wears glasses?

To everyone who uses glasses. I strongly recommend buying a pair of glasses from Zenni Optical for around $15 and 3D printing out a frame to attach inside the headset. It makes things a lot more comfortable without having to jam your glasses inside the thing and having your eyeballs rub against the glass. The pastebin has a good guide on which frame to get from Zenni as well.

The problem most people have that they only try out one version of the lenses, and haven't tried out the differences between 'em, and for people who already have bad vision, just having lenses in general will improve your experience. However, VR Lens labs apart from their flawed design, as users have mentioned they can fall of during heavy movement, there is a notable barrel distortion when looking down. When you're paying 39 bucks for these you expect them to work fine but out of the three options you have they're the worst.

WidmoVR is fine too, but I didn't like the design they have for the Rift. You hold them together with the cover and then plug 'em in, this isn't necessarily hard, but we're talking about 65 bucks here, and they do need to be cleaned from time to time, meaning you can damage 'em too because they're not that sturdy.
Then there's VR-Lens EU, apart from their customer service being partially non-existant. (This is my personal experience and may vary) As I had to ask for a confirmation of my order as they didn't let me know if I actually ordered something succesfully, their design and quality of lenses are fine. They're the most expensive out of three, but they're the easiest to handle.
The final option and really just the best one. It's the cheapest and is basically what VRLenns EU does for you, except for half the price if not more. >>214419051

Just use the built in camera and batch convert your images to jpg to save filespace. Only use the steam screenshot if you need nametags.

Anyone have any idea what could cause this shit? It renders normally in blender and unity, and in-game everyone says I look normal, but on my screen it goes crazy and flashes different colors when I move my arm.
