First frame is in a chair, with my body facing the kinect but turned toward one of the sensors to my side. Second is facing away from the kinect altogether toward one of the sensors. And bottom is siting on the floor with my head facing a sensor. I probably should've one sitting on the floor facing a sensor altogether but I thought I did that already when I took them, oops. I put my kinect at approximative pelvis level, so it might be more janky at chest level or so when you sit on the floor. Basically, your legs won't track when you face away from the kinect, so whatever position they were in before you moved they'll remain in that position more or less.

If you want to make friends you need to be able to tolerate anxiety, once you get to know them better you'll feel at peace with them and the initial anxiety should fade in time.
Be friends with a few select ones that have time for you and who enjoy your company instead of trying to befriend everyone at once, you'll only form shallow relationships with shotgun method.
