I don't know if it's "good" relative to the others, but I went through "Cloud Blender - Game Asset Creation" (shortly before I got into vrchat). You make a TF2 hat, from modeling to uv unwrapping to texturing. The guy talks really fast in some videos, but you get to see all the keystrokes, and learning the basic parts of 3d modeling and blender itself helped a lot when doing an my first MMD import for VRC. Especially understanding why atlassing and UV unwrapping works the way it does and not (as much) wanting to blow your brains out over the blender texture editor UI.

I also downloaded the CGcookie "intro to character modeling in blender", since cgcookie gets namedropped on /3/ a fair bit, but I've since been to busy being a dork in vrchat to actually do it.

I tried this with no real improvement. The only "fix" I've found is to just turn off full body tracking and suddenly the shoulders move normally. Here's everyone's favorite doing her best to make the same hand movements with and without the trackers. The first is FBT, the second is no FBT. Notice anything different?
