For clothes and outfits I now have a clean factory method where I split them into batches of 4 or more models with each session being either section of free time throughout the week.
>Decision Session:
1. Collect a bunch of models as ideas from internet and sort them into temporary folders to be worked on in a single session.
2. Unzip everything in the same folder and Import all the models into the same blender file along with my target base model they will be attached to
3. Quickly and roughly resize and position clothing and models to the target base model.
4. Decide which clothing/model ideas to keep. Anything that will be too much trouble, doesn't look as good as i thought or i simply don't like gets removed. All files related to it deleted, including the original zip/rar/7zip.
>Fitting Session:
1. One at a time carefully fitting clothes to base mesh
2. Not weight transferring just simply making the clothes conform to the mesh and splitting them into objects that will be a part of the model or a prop object (hats, guns, etc)
>Finishing Session:
1. One at a time import fitted clothes into a copy of a perfectly setup naked base model .blend file.
2. split by material then weight transfer the clothes onto the body object (so hair/face bones don't snag weights)
3. manually fix up the inevitable bone weight fuckups that the shoulder bones always seem to do
4. do a pose check then export
>Unity to VRChat Session:
1. you know the drill. import. setup humanoid. remove toe/mouth. setup descriptor. setup dynabones. make sure eyes in right place. setup visemes. setup shaders, drag in textures etc etc. add default override for testing fingers/face visemes
2. upload them (eta number of models * 10 minutes upload each)
3. login and test them all to make sure nothings broken.

1. I have yet to do this or figure out how to streamline it.
2. In theory i add props, sounds, gimmicks and other complex shit you see other people do with the animator.

Seeing Casper continually dying due to a bug whenever the grenade explodes no matter where she was was quite interesting.
But the match ended in a 1 on 1 match between two EU juggernauts and then somehow our friendly shield wearing sex symbol managed to mitigate the explosion damage in a magical trick, making her win the game.

All in all, the map is a nice quick game map for some visceral fun seeing people explode. The same way Russian roulette is fun to play. Pass the grenade is some nice little break from the monotony of meet ups some times. Probably a really good game if people add drinking shots or bets due to how simple to play it is.

Depends on what moods you want to convey. I have happy eyes on peace signs, which works for laughing and waving. And I closed eyes on ok_hand (overwritten from rock and roll), which works for being tranquil, or comfy, or sleepy. I'd like to add blush/embarrassed to closed fist, since I feel that way a lot of the time in game, but I need to make a blush texture first.

Some other people have smug faces on thumbs up or finger guns, which works. or angry/shocked faces on finger point. Oh, and if you're on rift, it's sometimes useful to have closed eyes on open hand, since if you take your hand off the controllers when you're sleepy, you won't be sitting there in game with eyes wide open.

I meant as in, they pay people to play the game in multiplayer in real-time with other people, while they pretend to be the character. It certainly wouldn't be practical to do that in such a way that you give every player each actors assigned to them, so it'd be more of a group thing. For instance, in an MMO, you could get villains and such to be acted on the spot and react to the group in real time. It's also interesting to consider what that might mean for things like quest givers, shop keepers, etc, in terms of simultaneous interaction.

Either way though it'd probably quite an expensive venture which I don't see happening but it's interesting to think about.

I'll change the render queue on them to Transparent and in Unity it looks fixed, but in-game it's still broken. It is true but by simply opening your menu and clicking "mute avatars by default", then unclicking it, you will fix your face for everyone else since it force reloads your avatar for some reason.

What are some good options for decimating models?
I'm trying both decimate modifier and limited dissolve but they're not great, having a hard time decimating a 150k model

If the model has high tri areas and low tri areas and you want to decimate the high tri areas without effecting the rest of the model separate either manually or with CATS by material function then decimate each part separately
