We did lots of "easy" expert songs, particularly as coolsdown, but being able to keep your head on for something about on par to the default game's Expert difficulty would mean you're at least on the board. Only 3 people in the general so far can even beat the autistic shit, that was literally played as a "let's bully everyone" round followed by much easier cooldown and breather songs
however, anything below standard Expert would likely not get played (by those three) simply due to being far too easy and boring, as even stuff like Believer is boring and slow

I did some testing about two weeks ago. Used a wholesome towel with 300 dynamic bones. On the first upload I had set distant disable to 0,1, but ingame the towel was very obviously hitting the whole room and dropping fps below 10 for everyone.

You can search for Tags in the Worlds search interface by searching for a term, then changing the "Search In" button to "Tags" instead of "Title".
Users can now Report worlds for various issues. Find the Report button on the World Details tab.

Is it just me or are a lot of iron sights without colored dots really hard to see? Like, the resolution of the headset is bad, but it's also the lighting where you unless you look hard at the sights, the background, front sight, and back sight, all kind of just blend into each other, especially in darker maps.

Not you at all. Most games require some tweaking and a fair amount of supersampling before the sights are useful. Out of all the handguns on Contractors I only use the CZ75B for this reason.

Rifles and other guns are fucky in VR in general. My biggest gripe is how occlusion is handled. When you shoot a rifle IRL with both eyes open, you dont just get a weird ghost weapon that looks like its printed on saran wrap in the vision of your dominant eye. The occlusion is much, much less than what it feels like in game and closer to what you get just closing your non-dominant eye. I think this might be solved by adding an exact, transparent reproduction of the weapon in the opposite eye to increase occlusion and overall solidity on top of everything else. Agree/disagree?

Not what I'm talking about and that wont solve it. The problem seems to be inherent, somehow, to how the different perspectives are rendered for each eye. IRL, each eye isnt treated as equal as far as 'how much you see' goes in each eye, hence, eye dominance.

Let me put it this way. These numbers are not scientifically accurate but they get the point across.
In your headset, if you have an object directly in front of the right eye camera where the left doesn't see it, through the headset you will see the object in your vision at roughly 50% opacity. This is TECHNICALLY correct; and in fact, if you just put your hand in front of your eye, this is what you'll typically see. When you've got a rifle however, eye dominance does come into play. Most of that gun is going to fill your vision in the dominant eye, and your brain is going to focus on it. The PERCIEVED opacity is closer to 70%. You dont just get the gun almost phasing entirely out of your vision when it recoils, it still looks totally solid to you. You dont really get that in VR games.
