Watch the YT video in info or just place the viewball like so. Click the avatar, put the avatar component on and then go into wireframe. The viewball is on the neck and requires very small adjustments. Your VRChat values will NOT work.
After this, drag and drop the model selected in the hierarchy into the project below. Make original prefab and then right click in the same area, LavenderSDK>Avatar. Click The newly made thing and slap your avatarprefab into it, click the button. It'll tell you where the avatar is. It's uploadable now.

What shader are you using?
There should be a setting for emission in the shader while unlit might require a specific shader. The one I'm using has a tickbox at the bottom for flat lit and if that's off it's unlit.(?????) but I only use emissions or key points.
Emissions need the intensity set and the colour set. Black is no emissions so make sure it's not set to that. If you want parts (or the whole) texture to be emissive but all have the same colour as the texture instead of a flat single colour, you need to make an emission map. Easy as though, just take the regular albedo texture file and colour in everything you don't want to be emissive black or slightly grey for it to be dimmer. See pic.
