what you have to do is: start steamvr, put on headset, turn on 1 tracker so it shows up, hold it directly against your controller (select either left or right in the spacecal thing), click start calibration, move it around in an 8 shape while twisting it a little so the sensor has seen both front and back side, turn on other 2 trackers when calibration is completed, hop on vrc
