Learn to point shoot. The sights on most/all guns aren't zerod correctly so relying on them too much will be detrimental for you. Dont rely too much on dot/Holo either because mods detracts from win cash. Vertical grip on most guns is decent especially for m4/ak12. On Dave's config ak12 is nothing special though.

Having fps skills from other games(VR or not) helps a lot and are more or less transferable. Even practicing in DM pubs with the gun you want to get gud with, or a sp game like h3vr'd apartment breach helps out a little too.

Also always buy armor absolutely. Even if you only have 1900$ and no gun to buy afterward armor, either run 1911 or anoyjer pistol of your choice and accept the fact you may or may not get a good trade.

It's better than Waifu Sex Sim because it has cloud based built-in scene player, with rating and everything.
You don't have to fuck with it as much as with WSS/VaM to just play a stupid scene, nut and be done with it.
It's good. It's nothing special, the animations are all one position, but some furfags are creative, and there's a lot of good scenes where you're pinned by dommy mommy giraffe and other dommy mommies hold you down. There's no moans and shit either, but it's good definitely something you can show to your friends and family.

okay, downloaded and extracted the latest version.
blender 2.8's release plan is for july, so in a few weeks, it's being wrapped up now.
For people who have/had issues with blender before, this will be excellent for them .
for people who have (unfortunately) gotten used to 2.79 you can at least move the UI to right click select and whatnot but it may hide other new features from you that you would be happy to see.
For people interested in creating oc, there's a ton of really nice mirrored editing and sculpting tools, and weighting is easy
and there's a voxel remesher which for our purposes will be extremely useful for making low poly stuff.
the issue is getting the sculpt branch into 2.8 right now is a pain in the ass to merge:

I plan on just running two copies of 2.8, blender 2.8 sculpt mode, and regular 2.8.
bmesh is now part of blender (in short you can use the grease pencil to retopologize or literally paint verts, making it easy)
I still think someone needs to integrate an intuitive sculpting vr tool into blender (they've had them before) because masterpiece vr is made by skeevy jews who want to take all your money for a feature that should be in the main purchase (rigging). Considering what is no more than a collection of open source tools slapped into a front end it pisses me off.

I've got some recordings where it looks like I've shot someone two or even three times as many times as should be necessary to kill them and they've survived. Apparently, I "know" where the source file is stored and it's so obvious that it doesn't even need explicit mention where that is. Considering that the image has been named that way for almost a decade, I obviously forgot and it wasn't obvious at all where it's stored.

I need a longer headset cable for the Index when it arrives - I'm a little unclear on what my options really are. Unlike the Rift, it seems to require external power (and uses a 'breakout' box for this?) - so I guess a cable runs from the headset, plugs into box, then box goes to power plug; Display Port; USB. Therefore, I would need a USB 3.0 active extender thing, and a Display Port extender (if such a thing exists and wouldn't impact performance)?

Alternatively, I could get a Virtual Link adapter and have the one cable all the way to the USB type C port in the GPU. This seems far and away the preferable option, but as far as I can tell, I'd need one designed for the Index's proprietary jack, and the only option atm is Valve's own adapter, which happens to be short as fuck.

Vrchat and /vrg/ completely changed my life. It made me keep my room tidy in order to use my VR headset. Then after a few weeks my confidence and English skills improved a lot. After 3 month I passed the Cambridge exam and now I'm starting to learn a third language by using Vrchat. VR helped me to lose a lot of weight and it motivated me to get a part time job in order to afford FBT. Vrchat improved my social skills by a magnitude which made me confident enough to ask a cute coworker out on a date. Vrchat cured my depression, helped me realize that I'm gay, and caused me to get a job. I'm going to rent my own apartment next month. Thank you /vrg/, you guys helped me archive all this!

So why hasn't anyone made a physics-based simulation technique for, essentially, creating high quality characters and rigging? Like, start off with a humanoid skeleton, set the shape and size of the bones in the skeleton in addition to being able to just modify the mesh, then layer on muscles, which you can also customize, and then layer on the fat and skin, which you can also customize. Then you let the program run a simulation which generates the rig for you, and wala, you have the best quality weight painting that could ever be achieved, and it required almost no skill to do.

because it's harder than vrg believes it is and you want to just jam shit into vrchat, and so you use cats.
there are a few easy shortcuts like using snap to volume and just cleaning up the vertex groups weight blends goes a long way.
I've got models and faces nobody else has because I know it takes 30 seconds to rig eye bones or to create shape keys from facial bones, or things.
We're mostly hobbyists just having fun and dealing with un-rigged models is not easy, it takes some skill
and finally, there's people who aren't 2d artists, which is pretty much needed for doing OC.
you can work with an artist like I do and use their OC to produce 3d, but not everyone has that.
rigging is one thing in 3d that still hasn't been democratized with vr and photogrammetry (except masterpiece vr, but they charge a fortune)

that's an issue of low poly overall, which all games need to be unless they're AAA and not multiplayer.
You're talking about volumetric deform or submeshing, and that's something you'll never see in vrchat. It's entirely possible to do all of that but most of it is pre-rendered animation.
it's possible in unity with a complex rig in the newer versions (watch unity's demo reels), but you can also pull off some similar looking stuff using dynamic animation and simulation too.
It's done with fluid, cloth, or skin, all things that vrchat doesn't exactly support, except cloth, and they've gimped that way harder than they needed to.

I have around 120 vr games. Iron Wolf is an amazing game and keeps getting better. ToTF too. Payday 2 is a full game. There's also L.A. Noire. VTOL VR just came out with full workshop support and there's a munch of missions for it, as well as War Thunder and all the other flight sims. The awp is a one hit kill in the upper torso (used to be any part of the body) with or without armor.
It was balanced by the fact it had an 8x scope on it so it didn't work at all ranges. There was an update that let you attach a red dot so it can now be used at all ranges and it's arguably even better at long ranges now.
So there was a mutual agreement by 99% of the players to not use it because it's game breaking and everyone has to use it to equalize the playing field.
One guy insists on still using it making everyone mad. He gets team killed and kicked because of it so he teamkills people back for teamkilling him. That's basically it.
