It has everything important in there so, except for the rescaling of limbs and the neck fix which only apply to full body users, every step is needed to get it done properly. Make sure eye to cam is off in game before you t-pose and export. (You might also have to time pressing export with the blinks so they're not stuck in a half blink in the export.) If it's not clear, the vertexweightmix settings need to be as they are in the video and the bones you combine need to be deleted otherwise they will still move with the hips and with whatever they've been weightmixed into. Hopefully I didn't fuck the resolution and quality too badly and the menu text is still legible.

Personally, when I have a model like that I compromise on whatever I can (similar colours/texture types/shininess atlased and using the same material) but if you really need to have them separate just do it as long as you're still around or under 6 materials. If Someone would like to claim a sheet and go through them, and I go through the others, then that will expedite the process, though there's repeated content, and I'd like to not have duplicates.
