0:43 5 shot burst is a little too much for the AKM. You can't rely on spraying like with an M4 or AUG. The spray that happens next is uncontrollable, and your hand wobbling doesn't help. Try to work on improving your control. I suggest using Virtual Stock.

0:50-0:52 The way you rounded that corner is too risky. At 0:51 your gun should be trained at the corner of the entrance to B as you turn, scanning each part of the area outside
B as it comes into view gradually for anyone coming from behind. At 0:52 you finally raise your gun at the box.

1:01 This illustrates what could have happened at 0:50 if someone was there. Your gun should be aimed at the opening between the doors, but since you had the bomb, you probably should have been planting it anyway.

most of this is assuming that someone taking advice from this is a ""lower tier"" newer player, or someone who habitually discredits themselves/dislikes their gameplay, ect- anyone unfamiliar with the content past the surface of CS, rather than the absolute most surface core gameplay loop. Mostly focusing on teamplay, objective play and plays, what you should be worrying about instead of whether or not your vrbf is gonna like your new shoes, ect.

Starting off, your absolute core focuses, the thing that you should absolutely be focusing on 95% of the time, and the things you do to make it happen- getting the little victory popup at the end so you can talk big shit in Discord afterwards- planting the fucking bomb if you're attacking, and stopping those overdressed airsoft players from planting their bomb if you're defending. This is largely reliant on team coordination to host a good offense and defense, which I'm gonna do in it's own section, but ultimately your focus every round should be "where is the bomb" or "how do I defend/remove this bomb without getting my cheeks clapped rosy red." Just fussing about this alone instead of your own survival is a monumental step forward for a lot of the regulars who squalor a bit.
The reason I don't say "fuss about depopulating the enemy team" as so many of those fabled Tier-S+ epic gamer gods do, is because you're focusing on the complete wrong objective in doing so. Yeah, elimination victories are still victories, but going for kills over the objective means that you can't leverage your defensive advantages wherever you may earn them (onsite as defender, post-plant as attacker), but primarily because you're not good enough to do it. Stop fussing about your own KDR, match up with a few other shitters, and get a 3-man squad going to get the bomb down rather then wandering alone.

3 of the weakest players easily stand a chance to stand toe to toe with the absolute best players, and do so without losses- 3 guns is 3x the damage output if you can all establish line of sight at the same time (takes practice but mostly just *be aware of your surroundings*) and 3x the health. Even the worst players can kill the best if they work together, and teamplay and properly working together is the absolute most fundamental thing you can do to increase your pushing power, even moreso than just getting good- two good players working together is what results in 10-0 games
Focus on working with other people who know you're working together, cover each other's backs, and properly moving as a group will make the games way more tolerable for a player with poor aim, especially if you have one good or directed player with the group who actually can point you around or give you tips to leech off of. It might take active effort, it might be waah tryhard, but it's the fastest and easiest way to improve.

General plays are all controlled ultimately by communication, but there's still stuff you can do if you refuse to unmute your mic. Figuring out maps beforehand is obviously a huge advantage, as you have to know at least the general layout to avoid wandering aimlessly. Moreso than that, watching angles, determining where enemies are approaching from or how many are defending a certain site, and figuring out good ways to defend your bombsite are all huge levers that good players exploit out of pure muscle memory. The most simple of them is just hearing tons of footsteps approaching you, or seeing 8 guys on A-site and going to B instead. Just know when and where to fight, and how to exploit that, instead of running into a meat grinder because you're already too dedicated to turn around. The most common of these is as T on dust 2, and watching mid to determine how many cross over to B-site. Counting CTs means you can choose the less populated site.

back to watching the angles, just figuring out good spots to hang out is largely a common sense thing, but following in the footsteps of someone better will usually be rewarding. If you look at https://streamable.com/wup42, when they move to engage their first enemy, they clearly show that they *do not* understand the concept of good angles, or don't know the map well enough to know that they were walking into a shitty spot. Angles are all about maximizing your defense and visibility on enemies, while minimizing your exposure to fire. Getting in cover and shooting over an open area the enemy is forced to walk through is a good angle, standing in the open surrounded by windows and doorways is an awful angle. Standing in low ground facing an enemy who is a full body's height above you and completely in cover is a horrible angle. All this does is maximize your survivability, and in a good spot, give you opportunities to net some easier then usual kills.
Another important note is proper form for actually engaging. Lots of times, people like to just stand around in their safe spot and wait for the defenders to come out of their hidey-holes so they can shoot without having to walk around. This absolutely does not work ever, as not only are you not planting the bomb or clearing the site, the defenders will just adapt to your position with better spots or throw lots of exploding rocks at you. When someone tells you to move in, move in alongside them and poke out of your cover at the same time without blocking your friend's line of fire. This means you get two guns shooting at bad guys at once, and the bad guys get two people they have to shoot before they're safe again. Poking in one by one is horrible form and just pads the kill counts of someone who can actually aim with infinite 1v1s, whereas a 2v1 can quickly flip tables. Figure out how to do this and practice good form for a rush and rounds will consistently be easier to win.

The base building operation has been a good test in the water, finding out what people wanted, system they want, what resources are important, and how the economy works has been insightful. We have not made a decision, and anons are still all over the place about a single decision, not much has changed around here in that respect. Weak players shouldn't be aggressive to the extent of a good player, it ultimately results in them floundering around a corner and eating shit. Premium Rift-S I would imagine. There is a gap in the market between Rift-S or older VR sets and the Valve Index but they have to balance offering more features with staying reasonably close in price. Created a gun prefab and an avatar with joints and rigid bodies for all of you who cant get a gun to work in VRChat.
Also includes some explaining/Guide images of what to do.
The Avatar prefab have borked Poyomi shaders in the prefab because Im stupid, so open it in a new project or backup your current etc. The Gun should be good to go as it's all standard unity shader.
Maybe not the best one on VRC but it's up to you to make it great. See it as a crutch for how to get shit working.
Use it, change it modify etc. Do what you want.

The Gun works on the DOOM map (You can cheese enemies quite easily)

VRC SDK is not included, but animations for brining out the guns etc is, put "BringOutGun" on rock'n'roll and "ShootGun" on fist.

I've got an issue with dynamic bones - I don't know if this is a new bug or what, but setting the values of the dynamic bones using an animation fails to affect the bones in the scene (the values in the inspector reflect the animation). If I touch the values for the dyn bones whatsoever while in play mode, they will be reflected correctly in the scene. I don't recall this ever being an issue in the past.

The cosmos is an objectively "good" headset and doesn't leave vive trackers in the dust with an addon, which is really nice, and it'll also be portable in many ways, which is also good.

It's overpriced though, and they will have to drop to $699 for the kit WITH lighthouse if they want to stay competitive. It's much cheaper than vive or vive pro + das with far better controllers, at least, but there's no reason to get it and the lighthouse tracking addon over a index, at all.

I'll possibly get one to replace my ailing vive in time, once the price drops to 500$ or below, which I'm sure it will, especially if they're available in more places before the index is.

However, if index is available everywhere, you better believe htc is fucked, because nobody would buy this over a vive pro eye or index.
