I actually havent played it flat so can't compare to that. In VR, alot comes down to your actual skill with aiming the gun and getting consistent headshots. Something that is way harder in VR then flat.

I've always thought the model itself was too skinny in terms of appendages and torso. It's so bony looking. I think the head was fine but it didn't match the very skinny body.

I don't really know what I'd do to fix it, it's a matter of proportions and not easy to fix so I've never really said anything about it because it's not nice to point out problems that have no solution.
Some of it may just be because of the unflattering shader choices. It's hard to tell but I've always been of the opinion that Jelly could make his stuff a lot nicer if he upped his shader game a bit.

For people who have trouble getting shaders to look nice, yes, flat toon is a good choice. Your avatar would look nicer if it were flat lit and would be a nice starting point if you'd like to go back to that and work from square one.
There are lots of people here who use lots of varying shader setups with different levels of complexity. Shaders are like makeup, you're supposed to use them in a way that flatters your avatar and helps to hide the flaws of the base model. In my opinion, the way you've configured your shader works against you and draws attention to the flaws of the model.

Not sure why you keep coming back when the only thing that happens each time is you get angry and get some other people angry. Why not visit the thread and do that like once a month for some laughs, it gets stale when you do it for days straight. Its nice to see you working on 3d modelling but again everything is good in moderation, a couple update posts is good, not a few dozen. My complaints extend to the anons who post daily about events a month in advance, shits just ridiculous, they could probably just post once or twice a week and move to daily when the event gets nears.
