Nice, is it possible to climb into the boat? Also be careful with the polys on the coral, rounded sides make things much harder to climb and will be worse for performance if you use mesh colliders in unity. For example the tree trunks in the forest map only have 8 or 10 sides to keep performance good and they're very easy to climb. I learned that the hard way when first testing my map and had to go back to change a bunch.

It's not bad overall. Very polished interactions compared to e.g. TTS, and the ability to turn the table on its side so you don't have to crane your neck is actually a nice concession to the game being virtual. There's enough variety to the cards we saw and enemies that it was a compelling 2.9 hours of gameplay. fun little tower defense game. Buy all the turrets and summons and cheese the final boss:

You are definitely paying the early adopter tax at $30 though. We "beat the game" already, and have probably seen about 50% of the possible cards/attacks and presumably most of the enemy types, so you're really counting on 1) random generation and multiplayer to stretch the existing content and 2) future official content expansions, for which they've promised at least one already.

It is a unity game, so maybe modders will take it in interesting directions as well. Again, the core interface and mechanics are definitely all there, so I could definitely see it becoming $30 of stuff to do in the future. And it's fun enough for a few sessions already, maybe once everybody plays each character type once. But otherwise you're buying promises.

Idk why it wouldn't work but nah, bool just uses less parameter slots and might be very slightly more optimised than an int. If its literally just an on off toggle then yeah a bool should be used, but if you're toggling between 3 or more usually an int is used (multiple bools could so be used but it gets a bit more complicated and needs parameter drivers)

One toggle is likely overwriting the other. I'm assuming you set this up as two seperate ints to toggle the same material? Try set this to go off a single int parameter like:
0 - Base mat
1 - Second mat
2 - Third mat
You'll want to do this on one FX layer.

Using two bools instead of two ints will save you parameter bits (important if you want to set up lots of different behaviours). You could instead use two bools but you will still need to set up on one layer and will have a more complex animator
