There is absolutely zero reason to buy the new HTC headsets when you can just get a Pimax Vision 8K instead for like $200 less and then pair it with index controllers.

Find a game or activity that makes you move and that you also enjoy. Beat saber is an obvious pick and a lot of people enjoy it, but also give pistol whip and synth riders a try for more rhythm game choices. Outside of rhythm games, eleven table tennis is a good sim. Racket NX is a fun if simple breakout racketball game. Thrill of the fight and creed both do shadowboxing well and can get very sweaty. Sprint vector is fun arm swinging racing though the multiplayer is sadly very dead. Blade & sorcery is decent if you can make your own fun swinging weapons around, or until you fall or swords of gargantua if you want more game structure. If you're really out of shape just playing shooters like Pavlov or h3vr can be a good way of forcing yourself to stand up for long periods of time, vs flat games.

As others have mentioned though VR games can really only do light cardio, so you will still need some anaerobic exercise in addition for full fitness. But light cardio is still better than nothing, and vr games are fun games.
