I have no problems playing flat games. I probably still play flat games more than I do VR, actually. Got utterly consumed by the release of Project Zomboid's mp this month and that shot up my bi-weekly hours from like 30 hrs to nearly 194 overnight.

There are still some game concepts that just wouldn't translate very well in VR like the aforementioned game—I sort of envision it as an even more ungodly autistic version of Township Tale with it's equivalent mechanics. Truth be told I think I prefer being at my PC since it's easier to multitask.

yes, update it manually on the github releases page. this is caused by a very recent update that hasn't been pushed to the auto updater yet. basically it's a misguided setting that allows you to "choose" what gets displaced if the proportions aren't perfect (such as your head instead of your hips).
