Tundra trackers have issues, both with the trackers themselves and the dongles.
Useless as hip trackers, as a small glitch will turn into a minute of tracking loss.

However, they make for great feet trackers due to their size, and down there they're generally visible enough not to freak out too often.
They still take about a minute to stabilize after turning them on, and they often won't be in quite the right location until you've walked around the room for a bit.

Bought 3 tundra trackers an am using two for my feet, and a 3.0 Vive tracker for my hip.

One baseplate broke very easily ( see picture ) but other two have been fine so far so maybe a fluke.

I need help with my avatar's texture. I'm just trying to mess with Blender/Unity for my first avatar but for some reason my beanie texture disappear when I import it from blender to unity. The rest of my textures are fine (even if they lose a bit of quality) but only the beanie is giving me trouble. I noticed that the "texture sphere" in blender is transparent for the beanie so I am not sure if this is the issue or not. I assembled my avatar myself so there isn't a lot of guide on youtube that can help me since most people seem to only drag and drop their avatar in unity without any issue while I have to enable External Material (legacy) for my texture to even appear.

How to make animation on Gesture layer that affects humanoid bones in current SDK?
Basically, this: https://youtu.be/VX-BoYUrUjM except now it doesn't work. Gesture layer overrides all parts that are masked on it's first layer, there is no way to turn on and off parts of avatar mask. So, if I want to animate only left arm, it will be in default pose all the time even when layer's weight is set to zero.
The only option I see is to put animations to FX layer, but all the docs are saying that it's wrong.

It's three years old, but it's not the best. This general only likes it because it is lighthouse compatible for using their trackers. The screen is mediocre, the controllers are bad (at least better than Vive's), and the price is insane considering the Quest 2. Literally calibrate like normal. Test whether measuring by wingspan or height is better and set it accordingly. Hip priority is usually best unless you have bad viewball drift when sitting down, then use head priority. The both setting usually crumples the spine but see if it works for you.

The new IK has a lot of really good features that replace IKTweaks in a lot of ways, but there's a few ways it seems off. I feel now like my wrist is constantly bending in unnatural ways because of the new elbows making it so my hands feel constantly tilted down. The new shoulder flex on particular models mean it flexes more than it should and I have to take many models back into blender to fix as well.

Yes the second one is correct (-4.25 -4). You don't have cylinders, so you only have SPH lenses. But you are missing the pupil distance? Maybe try calling your optometrist, they should measure that too when they center your glasses. Or you can try to estimate yourself by putting on your glasses and asking someone to mark the center and then measure with a ruler?
