I'm looking into games from Gmod and Roblox and it seems like TTT is the only game besides Piggy/ Granny that hasn't been done in VRC. I've watched a couple videos explaining how TTT works but I still feel like I'm missing a thread.

It's similar to Among Us and Ghost, but with Among Us and Ghost you have goals to achieve as innocents. The goals provide an impetus to the players to be doing something and spreading out around the map. Completing their tasks will either win the game or reveal an imposter/ traitor, so it all makes sense.

With TTT, I don't see any such thing, so I don't really get it. I don't know what the Innocents are doing in a round.

Am I missing something/ are there any other games that I could translate to VRC?

I sort of wonder if it's a bit too complex for VRC compared with the alternatives. Chaos doesn't work well in VRC given the desync between players - discrete actions are much more suited to it (such as kills in Among Us - where only the imposters can kill, and there's a cooldown). So you'd need to rely more on items and their specific abilities/ uses, which might not work well for a casual audience just looking to drop in and play a few rounds.

My suggestion about Counterstrike Source Jailbreak was serious. There's Prison Escape in VRC which is somewhat similar but it doesn't really play by the same rules. There's no incentive for the guards to give orders around and make the prisoners do stuff in that map since the prisoners are able to get guns so fast.

I think it's better to make something that you enjoy playing/making rather than trying to force something to happen.
What games were you thinking of making? I'd like to see something that integrates VR well while being fun to play. Most of the good "VR" game worlds, the VR part is not the main feature.
The quick draw is one of the rare exceptions, since you get to draw in VR, and there's the added challenge of trying to draw in a 3d space rather than a 2d one.

My only worry is if people will be able to make one in that timespan before the August 10th deadline, since this presumably will be a lot harder to do if you wanted to really customize the lego to look like your avatar.
Also I might be alone on this but I've never been a huge fan of month-long events for avatars, in my experience seeing the events that have done that in the past, most people use their avatars for like a good weekend or two, and then never use them again for the rest of the month.

In terms of the world, I am going to SEE IF I can make pic related. I don't plan on going full retard and try to landscape a valley since I'll bet you 5 bucks there's a way to do it without having to pour autistic amount of hours sculpting one or committing to a difficult import. The project is mostly an excuse to dance cool choreography on cool songs. Contrary to PyPy we will aim to learn the choreography instead of loosely following it.
Anyanon would be welcome no matter what their objective are (and no matter what hardware or experience they have), I expect people to fall into these categories:
- Committed dancers: would join each training session and eventually train outside of it, with the aim of participating to videos or events
- Casual dancers: would join from time to time but only as a fun way to pass time, would be able to follow along during eventual events
- Curious dancers: would sometimes join out of curiosity
Outside dancing itself, one of the aim of the circle would be content creation, possibly including but not set to:
- Dance videos
- Events (both organization or just representations in other events)
- Custom choreography

At first we will focus on the training sessions. Content creation is a semi-long term goal.
I would like to host regular training sessions every week. Would probably be on EU Saturday late afternoon (so probably late morning for NA), most likely from 5pm to 8pm CET.
A training session would include these activities:
- warm up: it’s important to be careful before carrying any sportive activity
- choreography study: looking at the individual moves of some ParaPara choreography and learning them bit by bit
- dancing: doing the full choreography of already reviewed choreographies
- manepara: just following along some ParaPara videos we don’t know if there’s some time left, a bit more similar to how PyPy goes
