Good morning, good evening, and good night fellow /vrg/ins. This is your local redirected walking representative here to say that I'll be attempting something 'fun' in the week or so. As you probably haven't heard, I will try to run a full marathon inside of VR using MANUAL REDIRECTED WALKING(summertime). A few things need to be done before that. Next week I'll try to run about 5 miles or about 8.04672 km. The goal is to find out what I need to work on for the full marathon, the average speed, how do i record it, is it even possible ect. That is the most optimized way of doing it instead of an UDON camera.

But it is possible to make a camera prefab that just has an on enter-trigger that pops out if you "screenshot" an in-game camera and gives you a point for getting it.
That could be nice to as it's more immersive. It's still optimized but we can't make the score public yet since we haven't developed a scoreboard system before that might work with 80 people easily.

Hiina made a nice one for counting people's votes as tracking but that's different from a leaderboard system.

Was OSHA a counter event? Perhaps.
But the EVIL EVENT was ALSO a counter event. What do I mean?

Last year, the first ANNUAL Chorketowne event was hosted with great fanfare and turnout. Fun was had by all participants. Ever since, I was repeatedly asked by many, many people when the next Chorketowne celebration would happen. My answer was ALWAYS the same: SAME TIME NEXT YEAR.

When was the first Chorketowne? On the 24th of March (See the poster from last year, attached). Exactly: The Evil event was purposely positioned within a day of Chorketowne 2's projected date. THANKFULLY, due to several members of the Chorketowne Council being busy in late march, Chorketowne 2 is taking place in April. HOWEVER, this was NEVER PUBLICALLY ANNOUNCED UNTIL RIGHT NOW.

So, I don't hold this against anyone, but I thought I should point out the BLATANT HYPOCRACY.

I have never staged a counter event. I chose to not go to the coupler's dance and got blamed for the counter events hosted by others because I'm always treated like the bad guy. Which is fine, I'm used to it.
