I did some testing a long while ago and found basically zero difference between face separated and face joined as far as in-editor performance was concerned. My face was the only part of my body that had shapekeys at the time though. It may well just be number of verts being affected by shapekeys that cause the increased memory and performance hit. I know active shapekeys have far more of an impact than inactive ones though. So really all those excess unused shapekeys are probably just doing nothing for your avatar's size and performance. You'll save a lot more just having your other outfits on a different model instead of putting them all on toggles. Tea For God demo is kinda cool. I really like the roomscale movement, though I'm not sure how it'll be more than a gimmick since most people play in 2x2 meters or less.
Oddly enough I got a little bit dizzy again with this kind of movement even though I've got VR legs of steel with joystick controls and smooth loco in general.

Ive been checking out all the changes they made to Island since the update earlier today. They really nailed the terrain revamp. Everything feels more natural and im spotting a lot more potential cover, ambush positions, and opportunities for flanks in the environment. Adding another trail that leads from the side of Research to the Radio Tower/Military Camp area is a huge improvement as well. Also bros watch out for the lighthouse area. I spawned there and ended up facing 4 different Fenix just getting from Lighthouse to Military Camp

I did this. I had an index she had a quest 2. VR chat gave us nonstop problems because I guess retarded developers didn't expect to have people doing cross play from the same internet connection. I rented a movie from bigscreen once and it literally just wouldn't even play for her too. Pavlov gave her issues because the quest doesn't track hands at your sides well. Google Earth VR is a pretty nice experience. If you lay down, put some music on and just fly around you can zone out for hours, it's so comfy. Surprisingly nice controls too

I hate artificial latency in vertigo 2 so much it's unreal.
Just add a little bit of weight, but not fucking 300ms extra.
Even the fucking pistols two-handed have the noodle arms feel.
The game is interesting, but this is really ruining my experience.
