Nothing looks wrong enough to only be getting 5fps, but shadow resolution and reflection resolution have big performance impacts, so you could try turning those down.
Assuming you have a Quest, the OpenVR mode might be worth a shot too depending on how you have it connected to your PC.

It'd be way easier in general to use Content Manager instead of the original launcher. It also makes some settings easier to tweak and can show approximated performance impact. The Custom Shader Patch you can install through there has some additional performance tweaks you can use too.

Polish shitbox day. We're gonna drive a car designed by Fiat in seventies, made in Poland until late nineties and never upgraded. FSO Polonez! Track is narrow, car is not fast, I expect a lot of crashes and rough racing. Kill to survive.

Highly recommend installing stable custom shader patch and 7-zip plugin in Content manager.

Guy here who needed to import VRC avatar into Blender to reshape bones with CATS.
I plucked the .fbx from the assets and imported it to Blender, and it came with two base clothing pieces that scaled along with body, but when re-importing back to unity none of the other clothes fit the new body.

I decided to try and make a NEW .fbx by putting ALL the clothes on the avatar, but the base .fbx in assets stayed the same. So I used GameObject>Export as FBX to export the fully clothed avatar as .fbx but this also isn't working.
It defaults to ascii but Blender says it can't take ascii .fbx, so I tried exporting as binary .fbx but when importing that to blender (with CATS) it's completely fucked; no bones, clothes positioned wrong etc

Is there a way to generate a working .fbx from Unity with these clothes? Or do I need to import these clothes into Blender onto the base naked .fbx that didn't come over broken?


Always wanted to learn these programs, but never thought it would be so I could have thicker hips to shake in a virtual strip club.

All I did was use CATS in Blender to resize Hips and a few others, then set as rest pose, exported as FBX

Saying the clothes didn't fit in Unity wasn't quite accurate, it's more that they broke completely. They were 2d and stretched way out in a huge V pattern partway over models head, they all did that no matter what I did couldn't figure it out, so now I'm importing them all into Blender.

It follows the first session and I think there's a snippet of the second session near the end. I had fun and I hope everyone else did as well, though it didn't quite sound like it over voice comms? None of the NA events that I've participated in had any actual/serious racing involved, it's really just dicking around and cruising, so I expected this to go as well as the average Forza multiplayer race would... that is, once I became aware - at the last second - that we were racing. I'm a few missions in JKA and it's much more enjoyable. You get your lightsaber right away and there's no non-sense map designs. In between missions you can also customize force powers as well which you got randomly in JKO.

This post reads like bait but I'll bite anyways. To me, it's just about actually using the website. That's it. This is a public website after all. No hard time or experience requirements.

The people whom I am scornful of are the people who join /vrg/ vrc meetups through other avenues, such as their friends list, and just treat it as a social group to hang out with without being involved with the website at all. Maybe they join a discord or two, but they don't actually use /vrg/ or 4chan at large, yet decide to call themselves "vrg".

This is a concern to me because /vrg/ is a 4chan related group, and when people join who do not use 4chan the culture gradually becomes diluted. This may not sound like a big deal, but I think many of us have seen numerous other examples of how communities can have dramatic shifts in culture over time as people join from different avenues, eventually becoming completely alien to what it once was.

Some specific examples of this happening include the SCP foundation or ss13's /tg/station, which both started out as you would guess but have become completely overtaken and culture-shifted away, and now actively disavow and try to distance themselves from their 4chan origins and the "problematic culture" that they once had. I do not wish for this to happen to /vrg/, and so I care about this issue.
