The networking and server system they used seemed technically competent. I expected far worse from an indie MMO in that regard.
The game died because their game design was dogshit, poorly thought out and not well suited at all to a VRMMO. They talk about feedback and testing but always seemed to go in the opposite direction to what I saw and heard from people ingame. Logitech G29/G920 is the usual recommendation, especially if it's on sale. Decent enough and lets you easily add in a shifter later if you end up wanting one.

I think T300 may be the new g27 - the go-to wheel, the standardized "definitely good enough". G29 is literally g27 (2009) with a hall sensor instead of mouse wheel scroll encoder, and g27 was g25 (2006) with helical gears instead of straight ones. It doesn't necessarily mean that g29 is a bad wheel in any way or form, it'll let you drive around and beat every single iracing boomer on his direct drive $9000 pro sim cockpit, but eh, g29 is dated, loud, and feels old compared to competition, there's no way around it.

But in all honesty, you can't go wrong with either. G25/7/9 is still a perfectly fine wheel, and it comes with a cheap h-shifter and reasonably alright pedals, it's a neat bundle. I'm using t300 with g27 pedals and g27 shifter, can't complain.

The strap is the absolute most important one you need. They should go for 30-40 euros for elite style straps.
Afterwards I heavily recommend the AMVR Face gasket. They've got knuckle straps as well which I like but they're not really mandatory, more like qol. If you do get them get the white ones and not the full black sleeve with the battery window because it's a pain in the ass to work with.
For battery banks, there's some for sub 30 euros in the 10000mAh range. Make sure they're PD 3.0. Velcro strip to fasten them on the headset and a 50cm right angled usc-c cable for connection.
There's also solutions where you get straps with magnetic hotswappable batteries but it's quite overpriced and really locks you in.
As for routers you might be able to use your ISP's one already if it's wifi 6 (5ghz band) and not too crowded. There's some cheap ones from asus/tp link going for 50-70 euros that do the job.
High end ones are Wifi 6E and in the 150-200 euro range.

Overall when getting a Q3, unless you're kid who got it as a gift you're gonna want to spend 200-300 on accessories on top of that.

You've also got Kiwi which makes decent ones. Overall it doesn't really matter which one you pick because they're virtually all the same quality of chinesium. I just tried to look for one with a big enough surface area at the back to slap the velcro strips on.
Batteries+Wifi is a tradeoff where you get much higher mobility and potential immersion from getting lost in your playspace, if that doesn't matter to you then a cable is just fine and way cheaper. A 5meter USB-C 3.0 cable with a charging port go for 25e, and tweaking the meta quest link software and pumping the resolution to its highest settings get you a really good image quality.
If you're short on cash then go for a cable with a charging port first and see if you like the headset in the first place. Be warned that for a lot of people it takes weeks to find a comfortable set-up for the quest 3 since it's so front heavy.

Wifi 6 is 1200mbps, yet you can't realistically use more than 150-200mbps in your video stream before getting packet delays or loss UNLESS you're sitting still in your chair and letting the beamforming do its thing. it's not as easy as it sounds for sony to port GT7 to PC, primarily by the massive hack that kazunori yamauchi is, completely obsessed with details and complete control over the system they're working with. something as a PC with all the peripherals and variables that PC brings up would make yamauchi flip over. in case you're wondering, it's something similar to hideo kojima with metal gear, but the games he's working with have become shittier over the years.

it's not that i'm short of money, its just i don't have that much of space to use VR full potential in the first place so I'm just not sure if wifi is better option in my case.

Rookie sideloader has almost all the same feature as sidequest anyway. The only time you want to boot it up is to pirate stuff or 1-click mount your headset as a volume on your PC to grab videos/pictures or manually move files around.
