There is a seperate folder in located in %appdata% where such data is stored. The folder does indeed get pretty big after some time. You can choose to store this data elsewhere by setting up a simple json file. It is well documented if you look it up.

it's very hard. There's a steep learning curve to it basically. Grabbing should allow interaction usually

Despite what others will say, yes, at least in some groups. The only acceptable form of social dysfunction allowed is being temporarily shy and getting over it almost immediately. Anything more and you are going to have problems with at least 90% here. Most will just ignore you entirely, like actively avoiding reacting to your presence at all. Some will become your mortal enemy for years over the smallest of things. The North American timezone is by far the worse and easily the worse social experience of my life. For example I ask Venator all the time to change into a human avatar or something if he goes to my instances. He's very generous and understanding and actually swaps out.

Probably worth going into your bios and unfucking that ram speed unless it's actually 1800mhz. Vast majority of modern ddr4 runs at 3200mhz+ and needs to be manually set as such in bios. Make sure you don't set it higher than whatever it can take though or you might have a bad day. The 5800x3d does tend to negate slow ram to some degree with the large cache but it probably wouldn't hurt either way.

runs smooth but even with this some games run like shit (phasmophobia for example.) vrchat runs smoothly when there are less than 20 ppl in the room and somewhat badly if there are more. Worth noting the regular 5800x without the 3d thing is still pretty good for vr if you need to cut corner, I'm rarely cpu bottlenecked, especially in vrchat. It's disappointing how little influence specs have on the fact that some games just run like shit. When I upgraded from a 1070 to 4080 i noticed little difference in those few vr games that didn't run well no matter what

yes, the Linux scheduler is pretty good about prioritizing single ccd scheduling and tends to prefer the cache ccd
i used to use taskset to manually force it just in case, but it wasn't ever really necessary nor showed much difference between either ccd
vrchat is kinda a worst-case scenario for Proton considering some rando avatar's shader combination could be the thing to freeze vrchat for you, hence aggressive safety settings to hide most shaders by default for non-friends

I recently went from a tplink Archer AX11000 "next gen tri band ultra gaming router"
to their Archer BE550 (wifi7)
and there are notable differences in coverage.
with the wifi 6 router I could leave my room, take a piss with the door closed. walk all around the house and virtual desktop would stay connected.
the BE550 though, if i leave my room and close the door to take a piss starts stuttering.
I only bought the wifi 7 router because I'm next to an airport/air force base/naval base and my DFS channels would get pinged daily and I'd drop from 2401mbps to 1200mbps.
I guess it's just the antennas/strength, the wifi 7 router performs admirably as long as I don't put concrete walls between it. Just kinda sad that the wifi 6 one wasn't affected by it.

/vrg/ doesn't have leader, just a bunch of independent people who do their own events and instances. Everyone has their own rules and things that they'll kick or ask you to do.
There is no conspiracy and if you find yourself getting kicked really often that's probably a sign that there's some consensus about whatever you're doing.
