"YosaVR" is the combination of "Yosakoi" and VR. Yosakoi is a (modern) japanese folk dance style, which often relies on using accessories.
With "YosaVR", we aim to actively learn dance routines; first we'll learn some actual yosakoi routines, but I'm planning to eventually mix it with other types of dances/songs later on.

Afterwards, something COMPLETELY different. SPEED RACER practice. Speed Racer cars from the Speed Racer movie have been implemented "realistically" in Assetto Corsa. Cars have 4WD, 4 wheel steering, "fly by wire" system, which calculates optimal angle of "drift", insane power and downforce. And additionally, one more trick - clutch pedal operates a fucking JET ENGINE AFTERBURNER which gives you MORE speed and, if carefully controlled, INSANE cornering ability. It's a crazy thing to drive, it's a death race, it's insane, it's FUN. You WILL need CSP 0.2.9.

I wish the Talon wasn't completely useless outside of exactly choppers. Give it the ability to lock onto tanks and top down attack them, even it does just normal RPG damage. You're already giving up the ability to destroy walls and shoot people with the rocket for the Talon, it'd nice to not have to kill myself to respawn with the other one when I'm having to deal with tanks and choppers at the same time since a competent pilot isn't going to fly low and slow enough to get hit with the RPG

There's a lot they could do to alter the balance of the helicopters.
Currently the little bird is so fast it can even outrun Talon missiles, the hitbox doesn't include the rotor blades which makes it harder to hit with an RPG and the long range drop off isn't very aggressive so it can spray the point at long range.
On the opposite side, the Blackhawk needs a buff. I had a Mauritania game where someone was using it as close air support and it looked awesome. If it could survive 2 RPG hits or had the same gun as the little bird maybe it wouldn't just be used a suicide transport.

This mod is $8 on booth if you already have a index and beyond, just need a $5 usb-c dac to 3.5mm and some equalizer tweaks to make it sound right. The power from a cheap dac is able to drive the index speakers without any trouble, ease of use and comfort are better than the beyond hard strap in my opinion. Unless they also use a proximity sensor, then it's probably safe to assume thing's broken if it doesn't register at all. Maybe I needed a hard-on for old Battlefield to look past some of these flaws but I really wish they'd spent some more time polishing the game before release. The ingame friend system actually works and solves this issue, they just didn't design the system around 20 random people trying to coordinate through an external tool while refushing to use the in game mechanics intended for joining friends. Maybe it breaks down when you have so many people joining that it would break autobalance for side numbers, but I can easily join a friend or two playing together and end up not only on their team but in their squad if the server isn't 32/32

I'm hitting like 15-20 fps instead right now in my map so something has to be wrong.

Another thing is udonsharp update loops you have a bunch of prefabs. But a lot of them needs to be modified to be more optimized too into slowupdate

Just tried Meta Quest Optimizer and holy shit the HD+ settings are night and day compared to stock. Also modded my beat saber with customs sabers and stuff, pretty cool. Remember that most games are still optimised for Q2, you have surprising amount of room for supersampling and overclock with Q3. Games that are already optimised for Q3 usually won't let you crank it up that high but they also rarely need it.

SVD is three body shots. Or a body+head. Optimal usage is use body shot to zero the range and then aim for the head.
Pistols are like a double headshot, ez. If you're using the recon mobility you are getting into flanks and coming from unexpected positions and just slaughter with pistols. Once the deagle comes out it... literally does more damage than the SVD.

SVD is still good to have compared to the AWP. When the bomb gets planted you can back off to a long angle overlooking the bomb and snipe any defusers. Most of the closer places to hold can get naded or rushed by the enemy but they rarely check at long range so it's a safer way to secure the bomb.

The best compromise I've found is setting the grip action to "grab" then setting the thresholds manually. You need a very low force to pickup, and a very high proximity to drop. It still doesn't work 100%, but it's a lot better than the default settings in any game. The return to actual grip buttons will be a blessing.

Has anyone successfully run bHaptics gear over the network with vrchat? With the old OSC setup I could just point vrchat at bhaptics IP and bhaptics at vrchat ip but vrchat did a version 2 osc or something and now there's a "just werks tm" zeroconf to advertise via (mDNS?) so of course it doesn't work. I can see advertising packets firing off on both sides but they never talk. Vrchat can be configured to send to an IP regardless but it looks like bhaptics thing just ignores osc messages and waits to be autoconf'd.
