Outside of /vrg/ the community servers are dead during the week. Lobbies can be slight better because there's PSVR2 crossplay.
Even at the weekend it's not great. There's usually a server or two that fills up, especially when discord groups like the Pavlov PUSH one organize, but the playerbase is still low enough that a server crash or bad map can irrecoverably wipe out half of the players for the night.

Can someone please explain what happens when you join an instance here? I've never spoken before and have no friends and don't know what to expect. Imagining trying to join these closeknit established groups is so intimidating, like what if noone talks to you first, or you arent able to butt into their conversation, and they get suspicious or annoyed with you for joining when you aren't going to participate.
