I had the same specs. GPU upgrade helped a lot but still there's occasional frustrating FPS lows and stutters caused by high CPU frametimes when things load in even on games that otherwise run well. Made for VR games like Metro run much better than before but flat game mods are a mixed bag as many were very CPU intensive from the start.

ITR2 is just unoptimised UE5slop. A better GPU will help up until the 3rd map when the density of everything will rape your CPU frametimes. Some of the graphics settings are retarded too, like how texture quality also changes the anti-aliasing, so you've got to find the sweet spot through trial and error. For CPU the only way I found to consistently reduce the load is lowering loot or enemy density. Coop performance is terrible for everyone so don't expect a comfortable experience hosting with your specs.

I would agree, there are 3 real qualities to female voices you have to nail: Pitch, Timbre, and Range.
Women have a pitch roughly 1 octave higher than men, but also a gentler more sing-songy rather than bassy resonance in their timbre (what some would call a bell-like quality), and they also tend to modulate pitch more while men are more monotone. Get those 3 down and nobody will be able to tell by voice.
