On optimization, polygons aren't the biggest performance hit from the game, what matters is draw calls and dynamic bones. At 65k or higher Unity will split your mesh into multiple parts, more draw calls, and this is bad. However it means that anything under 65k is basically fair game. Not at all, duplicate that body atlas 1 and apply the ribbon texture to it. Set materials to 4 and apply the newest material to that 4th slot. You might need to erase the ribbon from the old transparency atlas with an image editor if its still there though.

That's kind of what happens when anything hitting 140 cm is already bordering on tall, because of the average being so low. When you want to make a "small" character, it really goes tiny.

I remember this shit happened to me too. I honestly can't remember what I did to fix it unfortunately, but I vaguely recall it being some shenanigans with how the UV map was applied in Blender. Make sure you got rid of the old UV map and the new one got renamed, which is something Tupper forgot to mention in the video itself.

You remove the old queen and put the new one inside the hive in some kind of cage. Or put some queen brood in there after removing the old one. Then give them a few days and hope they take. A queen in a cage can be marked and tracked easier to find out if they killed her or accepted her.

Oh shoot, I went afk for a couple of minutes and you've replied instead of me. Yeah, we usually keep at least 1-2 bee queens in reserve. You have to put the replacement queen in the cage, so bees in the hive have some time to get used to her. Afterwards you just release her in the hive and she gets to work.
