I've been out of the loop but apparently turning off lightning and not rigging your avatar will save the most frames. Obviously we can't turn off the IK of our avatars but would it be possible to turn off lightning without it looking extremely weird? If anyone has any experience, let me know.

For the nth time, I check all the classes and only one (1) sends information that could serve to identify a modified client. The information is the list of loaded assemblies. This assumes that a mod would need addition assemblies. None of my mods load additional assemblies, but I use a modified one, so the mod is invisible by default. The hosts file block is for additional security. Secondly, that same blocked API also sends the device unique guid.,so if you block it, you can't have your computer banned (for any bannable reason), only the IP and user, and both of them can be changed easily.

Programmer-san, here's off, normal mode and extreme mode. This room has 2 dynamic lights on realtime, no shadows. Normal mode makes them cast hard shadows, makes the lighting on the avatar weird (using cubed's flat lit toon mmd shader), unhides the head and disables visemes - all undesired side effects I believe. It performs worse than without the mod to the point I crashed everytime I tried to take a screenshot with this mode on, though that's my individual issue and likely doesn't happen to others.
Extreme mode works better but it breaks voice - I couldn't hear anyone speaking.
