I'm having some big troubles right now with the lightmap of my world's terrain. Basically I'm having this exact problem:

The baked lighting looks fine in Unity, all the shadows are there on the terrain, even if I click on play-mode. However when I test the world or upload it, the shadows and light sources are gone. I've tried rebaking, making a new terrain and rebaking, changed lighting settings, and even made a whole new project. Nothing seems to work.

I hope there's someone out there who can help.

You're talking about a passion project made by a small team of devs in unity. There's a wealth of anime girl models available on the internet that are already under the fairly low poly count required for VRchat, and require fairly little optimisation. Realism isn't practical in VRchat, highly realistic 3D models can number in the hundreds of thousands, whereas a VRchat model is typically around the 20k mark.

What are you trying to do specifically? AFAIK the two handed overrides work only if your prop or expression can be split between two animate-able properties. I don't know if there's a deeper hack than that. For instance, I have my snail marker only activated on fist + fingerpoint by making my fist override activate an empty game object that contains the snail marker, and fingerpoint to actually turn on the trail and draw. If I'm not making the fist though, I can fingerpoint and the "trail on" property does nothing.

For expressions, I think you have to split the shapekeys, e.g. if you want heart eyes only on fist + victory, make fist scale the heart eyes from 0 to 1, and victory to actually move the heart eyes out from your head to in front of your pupils. Then doing either gesture by itself isn't visible. Haven't tried this myself though.
