Nah, that's a known issue.
It's the hip bone being too low/small + the fact my hip tracker slips down over time due to how I have it set up.

From what I see it's the last big hurdle I have to fix on the model/rigging end. I also need mounts so that I can place the lighthouses at an angle for better tracking as well.

Big Instaces for Onward - TEST RELEASE
This mod has not been tested in a real situation. The game code has been modified and reviewed but I couldn't test it myself alone. I need a lot of people to join a instance owner using this mod to see if it really works.

This mod makes instances be able to hold much more than 10 players. Up to 255 players can enter now an instance.

FAQ:
Is the player limit modifiable?
No, it's hardcoded. There aren't enough Onward players in /vrg/ to even make 40 players.

Is the mod detectable?
No. Onward uses Easy-Anti Cheat, a suprising software because it (((protects))) against several mod injections but the simplest and easiest, that is, a modified assembly.

No, I'm pretty sure I'm broken beyond repair. I've never had a single friend in my life. As a child I 'knew' everyone but that was all. I was bullied severely at 11 and became mute in real life for about 6 years and spoke to absolutely no-one aside from a few family members during that time. Make a maid, then download the CM3d2 to MMD tool from deviantart. Make an empty folder and remember its location. Press F8 while editing your maid, then tpose, then export as PMX to the folder you made.

open in blender, and then cry over how many bones you have to fix.

Big Instaces for Onward - TEST RELEASE
This mod has not been tested in a real situation. The game code has been modified and reviewed but I couldn't test it myself alone. I need a lot of people to join a instance owner using this mod to see if it really works.

This mod makes instances be able to hold much more than 10 players. Up to 255 players can enter now an instance.

FAQ:
Is the player limit modifiable?
No, it's hardcoded. There aren't enough Onward players in /vrg/ to even make 40 players.

Is the mod detectable?
No. Onward uses Easy-Anti Cheat, a suprising software because it (((protects))) against several mod injections but the simplest and easiest, that is, a modified assembly.

Updated the Onward mod. If you plan on hosting, download it again.

Another note: even that the UI still says create a 8 or 10 players instance, it will create a 255 player instance.
Another note 2: I've noticed that playing with the mod makes the game take some more time to create the instace. Don't worry, the game hasn't crashed. It may use up to 6 GB of RAM.

There was one attempt but I left it after telling the OP this was going to be a terrible idea. Just use the thread and make a steam group event when you do so. You'll be annoying everyone for a solid 2 seconds that doesn't care about Onward but the events mechanic makes it convenient for organizing, I think. Discord's a little absent in that regard, since you either ping specific people or ping everyone and get a lot of angry replies making up excuses why they can't come, etc. And as the other anon pointed out we play once every millennium so it's either going to be a super dead discord, or yet another statistic in vrg discords.

Another thing is that Onward players make up predominantly of VRChat regulars. They'll throw the idea of playing Onward in that, before posting in the thead that a lobby will be up. A discord is just kinda redundant if you ask me. The only thing that it could be useful for if is you decide to play as a group against pubs, for cheesing with Discord voip.
