So a couple threads ago some anon and I were discussing trying out the Natural Motion demo, I don't know what they discovered but personally I found that the demo, while a good preview of the technology, was worthless for seeing if the product was actually any good.
So, I went ahead and bought the damn thing outright.

My findings:
>Comes with a VRchat profile pre-made and it's easy to customise to your preferences
>Works pretty damn well, some low-speed awkwardness is possible but certainly not a problem and quite possibly just due to my tiny avatar
>My rift controller's finger proximity sensors/whatever the fuck it has are way too sensitive jesus christ fuck calm down mate
>It works best for me in one-hand mode so that you can steer with your other hand and to that end I disabled "start walk" for my right controller but YMMV

I've got to give it at least a good few hours more of running/walking around before I can give it a score but right away it feels kinda good. If you're interested at least grab the demo and walk around in the little world that gives you.

Not true. Even Oculus says you can do 4x4 meters with three sensors in one of their guides. Gen 1 lighthouses supports up to 5 meters, and gen 2 is 10 meters.
