I haven't exactly been following this issue but my thoughts on the matter is that we should kick but always let the person know why as that would be good form, and we are being reasonable in that we shouldn't allow children in our place of commune while we are aware of it. With that said no one should be worrying so much about it when children these days with their access to the internet are being exposed to much worse things than what we usually see at meetups. And these age restrictions are always based on a lot of assumptions that aren't necessarily true in all cases, since mental maturity is what actually matters and some children can be more or less mature than adults, especially those on this website.

Just saw this. I'm definitely fine with you guys using the Amphitheater. It's not public right now because I had to reupload it to take the webpanel out, but it'll be listed again soon. I've watched over 50 movies there, never once had to kick someone for talking. It's designed to allow people to spread out and still watch the movie, the voice falloff is very short so you only need to take a few steps to hardly hear people if you have to. I worked on a couple of these 'parchment' shoops but I don't know if they turned out too well.
Funny thing with photoshop, if you don't know exactly how to get the effect you want, it's all down to random implementation. Odd filters, modifying blending options, making more layers with more blending, copying over half of the layers merged and then putting yet another filter on them. Funny and weird and tangled. Always loved it.
Blender/Unity projects end up with similar implementations, of course.

Sometimes it gets it totally wrong. You want to have them vertical, with the base of the bone sitting behind the eyeball. I'd show you an image but I'm at work. As the other guy says, from here, you move the bone closer to the eye in order to reduce the eye movement (the bone rotates, so the further away from the mesh it is, the greater the 'turning radius').

MMD models are done by absolute morons and amateurs usually so they all suck in some way. It's not really worth the effort to remodel them by reference and you should be fine bringing most down to 65k.

There is basically no noticeable performance loss for the amount of tri's in VRC unless you have your model split by Unity into a second mesh. So just get them barely working and don't worry about it.

Whenever I'm on VRC and nobody else is on, I usually start scrolling through the new worlds tab and exploring, in empty friends+ instances just in case somebody logs in and wants to join.
