You could either stop it by destroying the uploading tablet (fast like clippies) or by interrupting it with your own tablet (slower, need to punch in the code). Tablet could either be carried by the Ts (obviously it would stop uploading if you moved away from the bombsite) or hidden somewhere, but it would still flash a LED and make a beep.
The round wouldn't be over until the enemy team was dead or all T tablets are broken, you could start uploading on two bombsites at the same time or continue the process if once disrupted.

I'd rather see an Insurgency style game mode where you have to push up through multiple objectives against respawning waves.
Like the first objective is an area you have to hold for some time to capture it and unlock the next objective. Second objective is a supply cache you have to destroy with explosives or molotovs and unlocks the third objective. Third objective is an upload point like uplink where you just have to punch in the code nearby to win it. Each player has a number of lives and everyone on the team respawns together every x minutes. Completing an objective gets you more lives. Maps would have to be different - really long but not very wide so you are constantly pushing forward into a new area but there isn't useless or cumbersome empty flanking space way out to the sides.

Everyone is pretty much on the same level, some better some worse but nothing game breaking, except a few really good players that can pretty much turn a game around.
Try to work around it or shill that we should have different lobbies to avoid this happening.
It should mellow out eventually, but that is probably a hundred hours or something until that happens. So just fight on or give up. Most in Sparkly needs more experience aiming, running and positions on the map before we can go toe to toe with the best.
Take it or leave it, none of the regulars are bad in any way(sparkly only, pubfags pls go), but some have an too big of a power gap.

Reading the enemy's moves puts you at a tactical advantage. Having a fire fight and move away to reload? They know your position and someone is moving up on you. Change where you peak and aim for where they would advance to. Know the enemy is taking cover to reload? Lob a nade in there or flash them and storm in. Make sure positions are covered if your team moves in to a position cover the rear. If you are defending make sure you are spreading out evenly to the bomb sites. Making sound lets the enemy know where you are coming from, slow down before you know the enemy is nearby and listen for movement yourself.

Basically this. If a corner is likely to have an enemy and you need to go around it or be exposed to its firing line, toss a flash in there. If you don't need to go around it and you know an enemy is there then make it a frag.

He's done a really good job of it. The dynamic parts are really nice and the outfits all suit the character. The robot girl and some of the taller animes all have really good outfits for their characters too.
