After a few weeks of work, I've got a rewrite of my horribly complex mahjong world uploaded. The tiles should stay in sync for longer this time, and there's a hopefully effective button to force resyncs on all the tiles. The tile backs will change color now to indicate sync status. roughly; black = dealt, purple = waiting to sync, light blue = synced as far as we know, red = in hand, green = synced from remote player.

There's also rudimentary scorekeeping now, a slider to change the whiteboard marker color, and the tiles have really gratuitous normal and parallax mapping. I fixed the face aspect ratio now if you were triggered that it was slightly stretched before.

These should just be unity packages, but they don't come with the shader. Here's a toon shader you can import into your project:

I have a Body opened in the Inspector on the original picture. What do I do now? I also noticed if I drag the "Body" into the scene I don't get a greyed out model floating in the scene. Did you use uTinyRipper to export the asset bundle?
They should work natively within Unity, you might have to update your tool though.
That tool exports in a format that the Unity editor can read natively. (So if you're extracting an asset bundle you've downloaded it should clearly work)

I wouldn't recommend using Asset Studio since you won't get a format that you can reuse within Unity.
However if you don't care and just want the model to work on, the fbx is fine.

It deleted the bag as it wasn't joined into the model for whatever reason, that's my best guess.

One way you could probably avoid it is by selecting the bag first and then your character by using [SHIFT] and clicking on it, after that you can hit CTRL+J to join it together with your character.
Then you could hit fix model? Maybe that'll work.
I do highly recommend you watch some Blender basics at least on hotkeys to get the hang of the program.

I found the baggu. It fell off the model for some reason. I also took a look into the animation tab in blender and it is empty. I'm guessing the custom animations did not carry over. Honestly it's good work. I have a couple cards for Seaport I was able to sherlock down from the internet, but none of them are better overall than my main model Seaport or yours. Should VR games implement bloom effects, or is that not realistic? If the conceit is that you are your character and you're seeing the world through their eyes, then is bloom a normal thing to see happen?
I mean, I look at street lamps at night and I see a slight halo around then so, as far as I can tell, seeing these types of phenomena are normal for the human eye, but I'm not sure.

Rift controllers emit IR light to track and trackers receive IR light from the base stations to track. Putting your rift controllers close to the trackers makes them spaz out. Interestingly the WMR controllers don't have this problem. That's not even going into the setup which people seem to have some bullshit getting to work though.

It just that when the hip tracker gets occluded my hips go to jupiter. Even a bit occluded.
I'm imagining it's because of the different playspace that needs to get callibrated together.
The oculus cartesian plane is different to the steamvr cartesian plane. So once a tracker gets fully occluded it just tries to place the tracker to the oculus cartesian coordiante while it is in steamvr running.

Dark rooms are better for vive tracking, especially if there's no sunlight. Base stations in top corners of the room pointing down makes the most difference. Use the steam vr display tool (which I can't remember how to get to) to show you if you've got any blind spots. I've also noticed playing naked or tucking in your shirt helps prevent it blocking your trackers.

This first foray into COM3D2 was really great. The most I've been immersed in VR so far, though I haven't played many games yet.

I've gotta say, though, that the controls on the Index are seem really dumb. I tried both movements modes and within a scene it's impossibly hard to move the camera. Having horizontal and vertical camera panning AND character movement all on the Index thumbstick seems like a really bad idea. Or maybe I'm missing something, maybe I even am supposed to physically move closer to look my meido closely into the eye, but this seems to be a bad idea for people who also wanna look under their skirt. How are you even supposed to fap then? They seem to have been so considerate for those poor people otherwise, e.g. by allowing the game to be played with a single controller.
