Late reply, but here anons. All you need is a state on your gesture controller for the finger animation, and then add the "VRC Animator Tracking Control" behavior to it. Then set right/left fingers to animation, depending on which hand you're using.

I've been trying to get into publics these last days, and is just... weird. And if you go to places that are popular, is usually like this:

They are not that bad actually, but of course, it depends what are you looking for and what do you expect from these, I've been in multiple lapdancing communities for example, they are okay, but it gets boring at some point, or at least it did for me after a while. VRC counts material slots and not the amount of materials in their performance rating. So having say a gun+magazine wich share a material still shows up as 2 material slots, but it's 1 material/texture.

The good thing about the AI dungeon is that most of the legwork can be done by the AI.This does not mean the DM can't guide the AI though. It's actually quite important for the DM to know a few rules to allow the AI to do some nice things.
If we indeed have a bonafide DM that would apply as one of the hosts he can host the game without the AI's help, just use a text system to keep track of what's happening perhaps.

The AI actually does some really good prompts though all things considered. Artificial Intelligence has improved quite a lot.

Not OP above me but food for thought in case you don't browse the AI Dungeon gen. Griffin AI Dungeon (the default one) is irredeemably garbage and requires INSANE amount of babysitting to get anything conceivable. For a example, there was a blog post documenting GPT-2 (that Griffin uses) and the author noted he had to try 20(twenty) times to get anything remotely coherent-and that was just one command or two. It's no joke that Griffin is completely awful and you will have to go to greater lengths to do any fun stuff that you could otherwise pull off with Dragon. Dragon (GPT-3, where it truly shines) is paywalled to a 10$ monthly sub but it's so good that even their developers have to release only a smaller scope of it because it's just that powerful in concerns of fake news and racial stuff.

MP uses GPT-3 also though, which is still free as far as I'm aware. But it doesn't let players take turns as far as I'm aware so anybody can do le wacky reddit shitpost and diverge the plot around.

Alyx, Saints and Sinners, and Boneworks for singleplayer FPS. Superhot VR is worth playing too if you can get it cheap enough.
Beat Saber and Pistol Whip are both good if you like rhythm stuff, although Beat Saber has way more replay value with mods.
Ultrawings is comfy to fly around in, and the VR controls are pretty cool.
Assetto Corsa is nice too if you like driving. It's a sim though, so not really for everyone I guess.

It's actually fun being DM as you are the one that will type in and "embelish" the actions people want to take. The program works better the more words is used in each entry. Coordinating the adventure is great.

Sure can but you'll have to help us understand how we can realistically use it in a Virtual Reality setting.

The great thing about AI dungeon is on how open it is. You can limit the AI by adding rules to it in its backend. Like adding each adventurer only has 4 potions. The rogue only has a dagger and a couple of smokebomb on his belt.
After which you can just have a pre-talked about limitation on the group between the participants like: "You can only use skills that are usually seen by your costume worn during the event"

But if you can find a way to have a streamline method of using this "GURPS" thing then it should be fine. Care to lay out your ideas on how to coordinate multiple people in VR into your campaign as a DM?
Also we're aiming for 1 hour to 1.5 hour max per session.
The whole event will last 3 hrs per timezone
There will be multiple host slots per timezone
NA - 6 hosts

New to VR. What the hell is the "reset standing position" meant to do? I thought it would have done just what it said, and recalculated the player height/floor height based on where the HMD is in relation to the lighthouses, but I started playing Superhot, and even after resetting my standing position, everything below my knees is under the floor. The "beginner area" circled in pic related you'll find those fragment enemies and the reflector and distortion anomalies in abundance. Basically anywhere outside of that area you'll get much more deadly and confusing shit. There is another enemy type in that area that is kinda rare but a real panic when you first meet them.
