I'm working on my depression and trying to get over it and social anxiety. Usually I feel like I'm doing good at being happy and content in general but sometimes there's those days when something happens and I feel down. Like right now, I usually try to stay by myself and not bother people with my negativity but at the same time I miss some sort of company.

Last couple days have been pretty bad and I wanted to go on vrchat but I ended up too anxious people would find me annoying right now.

I avoid VRchat completely now even though some claim to like seeing me because I'm not happy playing it and don't want to bring others down because I know they can detect it even if you never explicitly say a single thing.

I just got an HP reverb G2 and the controllers are ass. So I’m thinking of getting index light house and controller buuuut they are all scalped so I was thinking of an alternative. What about vive wands and light house? Are they better than the g2 controllers?

I hope that the german court wins over Facebook so we don’t need to connect our account.

The Germans has stated that Facebook are illegally binding users to Facebook and creating a monopoly.

If they can go through with it then maybe pcvr can come back

Yes! I can’t still see a very small screen for effect but I use glasses however in my own opinion I still think the index screen is superior because the POV is bigger. I would rather have a bigger field of view than better resolution. The reduced POV really takes you out of the immersion as you just see the empty blackness all around and god rays are worse.

I've got a Woojer Vest, it's great for music and dance events. Pretty much feels like you're standing in front of a PA system if you crank it up. Also decent for gaming if the game has good audio.
I would be interested in the bHaptics vest if VRC didn't have such a jankey integration, but it sounds nice to be able to get a backrub from a fellow anon.

Steam does some datamining, but because they sell an actual product they are far less invasive than datamining companies like Facebook where you are the product.

And that's a bad thing.... how?
Normally, you wouldn't worth a single cent just sitting in your mom's basement.
But now, you can actually "sell" your personal data and gain some value out of your worthless self.
Isn't that great?
