We are going to have 2 hours of dancing with music mixed by our lovely local Shimakaze DJ. There will be dance hour staples alongside slow romantic songs and even a waltz or two thrown in so get practicing with your partner!

With blender, how can I use the sculpt tools to modify a part of my mesh to "contort" around another part of the mesh?

Essentially I wanted to thicken up one of my avatar's thighs a bit, however she has a leg band that grips on said thigh, if I try to increase the leg's mesh size it just ignores the leg band and goes above it, then I'd have to re-size the band after. Instead I want the leg to "mold" around the band so it shows a bit of spilling, as if the band is tightly gripping to the leg? I'm sure it's some sort of setting(s) to do this kind of sculpting but I'm not sure? pls help, will also post the finished result after when i can get it to look nice

What you're looking for is a mask but I don't know if you'll get that curve right. It'll probably just have a hard edge. Easier would be to sculpt everything including the band, then select the band (and the skin verts under it) in edit mode and use proportional edit with a small radius to shrink it down a touch.

Asgard's Wrath 50+ hr playtime is very real. I felt that it got a bit repetitive but the production values are good and it'll give you the playtime you so desire. You'll be crutching on ports most of them time if you want significantly sized singleplayer games though. Skyrim thankfully has been modded to have a lot of VR interactivity, especially if you use the Index controllers.

Hopper seems unbalanced to me. Small slots are extremely good for damage:heat ratio and 3 S rocket pods hitting you from above is like taking 3 L cannon shots direct to the hull. Great movement ability as it should be but surprisingly decent tank too. I shot a Hopper in the back 6 times with a L laser with minimal movement and didn't kill it. What's the downside to them? Low limb HP? It's hard enough to even hit them, maybe that would be relevant if skyjackers shredded limbs.

There are very clear downsides or limitations for the other mechs.

Go dredge, make a load out with 3 cannons 1 L rocket pod and a loadout with 3 lasers and 1 L rocket pod paired with the ability to use fuel to cool systems.

I find i go on long lived killing sprees with this killing everything from hoppers to other dredges. Change loadout based on map, team composition and if youre going to be in short range or long range combat.

Hey guys, do any of you get or have gotten VR sickness before? I just got an Oculus Rift S a couple weeks ago and I've been getting it pretty bad here and there. First was with A-Tech Cybernetic (fucking fun game) but I picked up Star Wars Squadrons the other day and when I fired it up last night and this morning, I got REALLY sick. Intense sweating and nausea...like in under 10 minutes of gameplay I'm starting to feel awful. Anybody have any experience with VR sickness? Any tips other than the BS you'd find on google? I've had the HTC Vive for like 4 years and honestly I have no real complaints? I use it with FBT, works fine, controllers work fine, only thing is the HDMI cable on it died so I had to buy a new set of cables but besides that nothing really that makes me feel like I need to upgrade?

That said whatever "next gen" of VR is going to topple things like index/quest 2/whatever the fuck I will probably hop on as I do want to upgrade my headset eventually, though I 100% will only upgrade to something with wireless. The Vive cable is such a fucking burden especially in VR Chat. I fucking hate the cable
