I only followed them back before they went public, so over a year ago or so now I think. Again, I've got nothing against how they are now (ok maybe a bit, their attitude still isn't my style), but they're easy to join these days and I'm simply boycotting out of principle from how they started and got popular in the first place.

EU and occasionally NA /vrg/ play at set times, when turnout is low they play the basic co-op mode or fill the rest of the slots with bots. Other than that you can look in the official discord to find out if any veterans are ingame. On a weekend at peak time you might find a server mostly filled with them but it could be painful for a new player.

I got my 2nd dose of the sissification microchip vaccine and I'm getting really horny for some reason...

I've got a test time trial server up for Assetto since some anons were asking about it a few threads ago. It's currently running some Cobras at Black Cat County with stracker for time tracking.
I'll leave it up like this for a few days as a test and start swapping out content every week or two if everything seems to be working.

So a few more reviews have come out on Vive Pro 2.
Seems like the consensus is starting to be that it's a Valve Index except with worse headphones, worse mic, equal FOV but configured a bit differently to sacrifice vertical and binocular overlap for total horizontal, slightly worse lenses unless you got unlucky with god rays on your Index, and much sharper visuals. Seems like a side-grade or slight upgrade.

i'm trying to play morrowind in VR and I've got everything setup, but I'm so fucking short. Everyone looks like they're 8ft tall and I'm up to their belly button or middle of their chest. IIRC OVR advanced settings wont't build functionality for changing roll and pitch, only yaw, due to limitations of the default steamvr driver. You have to emulate the whole headset to change roll/pitch.

I got an oculus quest and it works fine, except the thing randomly does not fucking link with my USB extension cable and USB c cable plugged into a USB 3.1 port. I've always had more success interacting with people and having friends during dead hours, which I assumed was because of the type of people that played at those times. The calmer, quieter ones that wouldn't be interested in big loud meetups.
But then last night as I was standing alone with no one to talk to for 400th time and watching some of these friends I had a realization; none of these are my friends, the only reason we ever interact and only during dead hours is because they have no one else online at the time. I'm the last resort for them try to talk to just to pass some time.

Just needed to download Mineways and unzip it in the tools folder in the Neos directory to get it going. It does auto-culling, so once it's done importing you'll need to no-clip pretty high up to get out of being stuck at the very bottom and return to regular locomotion once you're around or above the surface height so the world reappears.

and that's about it.
Here's full details regarding it in the recent update:

- Added support for directly importing Minecraft Worlds into Neos

I've been playing VRchat on and off (emphasis on the "off", though) for a while now, but I've only ever really used it to occasionally privately meet up in VR with a small number of friends and fellow trans people I already knew and was comfortable around. The pandemic has had a pretty devastating effect on my already-limited social circles, even IRL, which has meant I've been isolated and kinda socially stagnant for about a year, so I'm trying my best to get out of this depression bubble and meet people I fit in with again.

Something I've never really done well at is being able to drop into public worlds and keep a good conversation going. Being timid/anxious makes meeting new people and making good conversation with them feel impossible sometimes.
