this isn't true, but the rest is. The render textures on most vrc video players are limited to 1080p though, so not worth going higher than that.

You can also stream in stuff through HLS with some setup: https://github.com/kayteh/VRC_HLS and the OBS VLC source can render subtitles, if you don't want to hardsub shows in advance.

The base and the clothing will have 2 separate armature when in Unity. You'll need to combine them somehow which is usually simple. There's tools on Booth that you could use for Booth outfits but would work for this probably, I forget the name of them though. Otherwise simply reparent the whole outfit to your base and reparent each of the outfits bones to the corresponding bones on the base armature.
But dont do this, what's the point. Just export the base and clothing together from blender. It's easier and more optimised

Booth models tend to have shape keys that would shrink arm areas. If you're a blender man you can just delete the vertices on the elbows but that would affect future projects. Another way would be to erase the texture around those areas.
