I'm having FPS issues with GRIP racing, I just upgraded to a RTX 3080 and still have issues at 90hz. Pretty much every other game runs fine

Does anyone here play GRIP racing? how do I fix this? (it's one of my favourites for VR, played at low fps last gpu)

I've been having issues with xsoverlay where the framerate on the desktop windows is very low for some reason. works fine with steams overlay though. I've tried reinstalling and changing the dev settings but is there anything else I could try or should i get another overlay app

Well that was near impossible to split into two maps once the map was already up and running.

SEA FBF lasted a good 6 hrs at near full capacity on average It was 55ish. there was a stretch of three hours where it was at 64 (full) and we tried to split the world but people are hard to wrangle

It would be wise to split at the start rather than the end
The other timezone hosts need to make sure to split EU and NA early on into different batches of 20ish people before even starting the matching door. It gets ridiculously impossible to split them off the map to form another instance after it starts

You can tick mamamad's box in your list of players to exclude them from ever matching with you. The most you'll have to do is turn their volume down once when you see them in the lobby. If the instance is friends+ and they know the id, they can't be prevented from joining, so this is the best solution.
