If image in the headset looks blurry but fine on the monitor, increase your rendering resolution!
If you start to feel sick when playing, stop and have a rest. You'll get your VR legs eventually, just don't push it.

>>404366226
The Team Beef port on Quest is better. It has two handing of weapons, support for Blue Shift and Opposing Force, and no female scientists added in due to the dev being a SJW.
why are the female scientists so scary
>>404366943
Only beef I have with that port is they did fuck all for comfort options. Even the HL2VR guys added settings for making the game movement less slippery.

>not a single consumer pcvr headset in sight

>companies insist on using the usb c port for pcvr instead of actual video ports so pcvr will always be subpar on these headsets

he'd need to rework a bunch of the systems to make the second pilot useful. but for the most part i think just converting the av-42 to a side by side would be based af.

Problem with wireless is foveated rendering is going to become even more of a problem with latency. That alone is probably the main reason PSVR2 is a wired headset.
>>404397663
Oh, shut the fuck up about things you know nothing about.
Sub 1ms extra latency wireless video transfer is possible.
It's a solved problem, it just has to become cheap.
>>404397663
Im pretty happy with my wireless vive pro. It has the occasional hiccup but i will not go back to the cable.
>>404401653
Based wigig chat. Wifimexicans don't know ehat they are missing out on. They probably play normal multi-player gamed over wifi too.
>>404404786
Any wigig setups that are laying-down friendly? The one for Vive is a fire hazard, no idea about the other options.
>>404404786
it kinda bugs out sometimes and in dark or super cluttered environments you can really see the compression. from what ive tried of quest wireless, wigig is so much better.
>>404409638
no. its only laying face down or getting a lot of pillows, the cable on the back would be damaged if you lay on your back. There are no other options really. there was that wifi one but its gone out of favor. Wigig does get hot, I put a fan on mine. idk why htc didnt. nofio is for index only. if they lowerd the price for the wireless adapter i would recoomend it to any htc users. but they did the fucking opposite.

>>404412340
I don't trust the mute button sometimes. I blurted something I thought was funny once and then this guy laughed. I don't know if he heard me or not, but I asked if he could hear me and I didn't get a response.

You can't just make up stuff to pad out your greentext
Half-Life Alyx was a narrative misstep that makes me never want another Half-Life game if it's gonna have this level of shit writing.
>>404423947
valve was never about the narrativel, half life was just a lightning in a bottle because narrative FPS at that time was non-existent so they did it because it haven't been done before

I figure it's more that there's next to no competition on Quest's store in this Unity-tier game's case, of which that sequel was basically a repackaging of the first game under an early access guise.
>>404427558
Nah, devs are cunts, I bought the game on Quest, they give you the pc version for free and that is probably the case with everyone else.
>>404427558
Oh and btw, it's one of the worse flying games, since there's no combat on it that is worthwhile, meanwhile you could either be piloting a 1st or 2nd WW aircraft with combat in the competition of that game.
>>404427675
They get usage stats from Facebook, so he likely knows how many of those that bought it are using it on Quest standalone or on Oculus PCVR.
>>404428971
Tbh I would understand why you'd want to play the Quest version, preserving hd space is quite the boon, I find myself not wanting to install PCVR for this motive alone.

does wireless vr really feel that good compared to wired? Ive only ever tried the quest so I dont know what wired is like
Does Half Life Quest support mods? I'm itching to play Afraid of Monsters
>>404508065
I really fucking hated having to adjust my cable any time I turned too much, or went from standing to sitting so I don't trip over it/sit on it.
There's no ignoring the weight of the cable unless you got full autismo mode and get it suspended in your room in some manner.
>>404508065
Honestly, even for sit down shit like VTOL VR, not having a fucking wire is AMAZING. It would take a really fucking amazing PCVR headset to make me go back to wired.
>>404508065
I personally don't mind the wire and prefer would prefer a wired PCVR headset using my PC's GPU rather than a wireless headset using pathetically underpowered mobile hardware. I've tried using Air Link and it's alright, but there was some slight latency issues, so I went back to wired and have been just fine with that.
>>404482568
> alyx at 150% resolution on ultra settings
You did not, you fucking retard.
Alyx has very aggressive dynamic resolution scaling. If you disable it through the launch option you will see that it's not easy to run at all.
I have some yuros from a Cawadoody refund, do you have any suggestions in games for me?
I was considering Interkosmos and a few of these hobbyist grade games like Cooking Simulator or Virtuoso or Car Mechanic Sim.

No I only play simracing games. That's what VR is made for. Plus I have a G2 and a destroyed knee, so anything standing or that requires controller tracking is out.
>>404567489
What simracers have you played? Asetto guy, is that you?
Boneworks+Bonelab are like farts you thought will be awesome but fizzle out and cramp up your angus
Instead of utilizing the engine for interesting gunplay, you have to hold on to shit and pretend to be le epik parkour man
Waste of money and time desu, everything is as janny as if yandere dev made the animations
Somehow every VR game sucks ass, RoboRecall was ok but thats what now, 10 years old? PCVR is underutilizing its possibilites,90% of games aren't even as fun as Valves THE LAB,just let that sink in.png
>>404567793
I'm slightly with >>404567489
The games I have enjoyed more were seated games that used a controller. I haven't tried racers particularly tho, I'm not excessively fond on them.
are there any VR games that work better while sitting?
obviously VTOL but is there anything else?
>>404567489
>I only play simracing games

>>404569736
Yes, Project Wingman, Squadrons, Battlezone Gold, Everspace, Elite: Peligroso, House of the Dying Sun, Chronos VR, Hellblade VR maybe.
>>404569861
Then there is the Mecha games, such as Archangel: Hellfire, Vox Machinae and the two games we never speak about because it's either unfinished or in oculus exclusivity (standalone).
Then there's simracers.
Then there's Moss (2 just released on Steam).

>>404568279
Well, you're not wrong, seated sims/sims in general have a huge potential BUT are,as all VR games right now, underdeveloped which is a shame
PCVR is teh future but games are either bleep blop bleep blop Atari2600 type of gameplay depth or wishfull thinking game mechanics that don't work too well (Boneworks,Onward,Pavlov)
>>404538327
Play The Last Clockwinder, it's an underrated automation puzzle game.
>>404569736
Outer Wilds is mostly sitting in the ship. and the rest of the game is just pointing your tools at things, so I played it almost entirely sitting. Paper Beast works fine sitting too, you point at things to move them around. Demeo works sitting too, and it's an /okay/ singleplayer game, though it is best with friends.
I'm just glad VTOL VR exists. But damn i wish the dev team was bigger and it had more content.
>>404567606
Anon literally who is "assetto guy"? Everyone that races plays AC. If you're talking about the guy that used to post THAT webm and shill for simracing then I guess that would be me. I've also played all of them.
>>404569861
What's worse is that I have a shit ton of regular VR games I kept buying from sales that either have less than 30 minutes played or I've never installed. I used to be very excited for VR, but when I got it I realized it's a massive meme, and it still is.

It's just a brainlet who spent absurd amounts of money on VR before even establishing whether he liked it or not and now copes with the delusion that VR should be used exclusively as a head mounted stereoscopic monitor but instead of using VorpX he wants devs to switch to his vision.
>>404580049
>devs to switch to his vision
What vision are you talking about lil bro? Because actual VR gaming is nearly dead and devs are only interested in socialshit. Simracing is probably the most popular thing in VR anyways, if you discard the occulusbabies, which you should, because you're not playing kid's games that little kids play. Guys I failed to play VR games for yet another day. I need help.
>>404607885
What do you mean, why aren't you playing the newest and hottest VR releases?
>>404575383
There is an unreal engine 5 and a unity injector being built for that purpose right now. Early days but it's definitely getting there. Personally I play vr almost exclusively standing so motion controls and tactile interaction with the world is absolutely essential. I don't really play driving/flying games though.
>>404608412
I'm sad.
>>404609791
Have you tried Vox Machinae and VTOL?
>>404610307
Yeah, both. They're the reason why I said "almost exclusively." Still gotta go back and play the campaign for Vox. One thing that really gets me is crouching actually. VR games with a crouch button that try to keep you level when you're not using it (the forest, bonelabs) really irk me. I'd much rather crouch irl than press a button and there's nothing worse than trying to do something in vr and having the game fight against you. Completely shatters immersion.

Don't try to rewrite history, boneworks didn't run that well on release too.
>>404641464

>>404642240
>game runs like shit, boneworks doesnt.
Oh shut the fuck up. Boneworks and bonelab run very similarly. Unity garbage just doesn't run well in general.
You sound like someone who wants to rant at quest version just to fit in. And that's rather boring.
If you want to argue still, record exact frametimes of both games and prove your point, just don't tire people with of your "do I fit in yet?" bullshit, but I honestly doubt you are competent enough to do that.
>>404643692
>m-m-m-muh unity
do you think every single game on unity runs like dogshit? didnt have issues with superhot, beat saber, vtol, cosmodread, blade and sorcery, walkabout minigolf, etc. etc. i played through boneworks to completion, i already refunded bonelab just cause of how awful of a port it was. doesnt help that a good chunk of the negative reviews are about how fucked it runs, but im sure its the same for all those unity games i mentioned right?
>>404645435
>but im sure its the same for all those unity games i mentioned right?
If you actually look at framegraphs, yes, it's exactly the same.
>do you think every single game on unity runs like dogshit?
Objectively? Yeah. That's just the truth.
If the game was properly written, the average unity game would require like what, maybe half of processing power for the same visual quality.
Only the most basic unity games run "well", and that's speaking subjectively still.
>>404646250
do you even fucking own bonelabs? are you throwing a fit over a game you havent even played so you have no idea what youre talking aobut? you're getting into this whole section on how bad unity games run when im just talking about how especially BAD bonelabs is. it's significantly worse than boneworks, i was able to play through the game just fine, but with bonelabs im getting stutters even at the lowest settings.
>>404646974
It's a typical unity trash. Nothing special.
>>404646974
>but with bonelabs im getting stutters even at the lowest settings.
Skill issue.
Most likely some dumb shit on your part, like forgetting to enable XMP or something.
>>404647496

>>404648028
>every single game i've played runs just fine except this new android version of boneworks
I already refunded it dude, I'll pirate it in a year or so when they decide to fix it.
>>404626690
Play Enderal, it's a total conversion of the game with a campaign that is easily better than the vanilla Skyrim campaign. Very Gothic-esque with no level scaling.
Is there anything like From Other Suns that's more widely available? Would play it, but it's bro-op focused, and I'm the only one with an Oculus device in my circle.
>>404652796
I think there was a clone on Steam that allowed for flatscreen play but I can't remember the name, I've been searching for a bit and can't find it.
>>404650672
how is it different from skyrim?
why the FUCK is pimax still the only vr company actually putting in any effort to increase fov
>>404675164
>have hardware for wide FoV
>software is so shit it makes you sick unless you manually tweak the stereo separation for your current IPD
Their headsets are bulky and heavy. Wide FoV isn't as big a deal as solving performance issues trying to render such an FoV at that kind of resolution, and general HMD size.
>>404675164
Because VR is harder to market to normalfags who have not experience it themselves and, just like with FPS, a prettier picture draws more eyes. Plus, there are some serious problems which are posed by going for wider FoV that are difficult to solve without either ballooning the cost or making some end user unfriendly compromises. With pancake lenses being the new hotness everyone's chasing, don't expect FoV to improve much for a while either.
Once you try it though, wide FoV is awesome. Hell, even adding 20-30 degrees to Index level FoV would be a world changing improvement, don't even need the +50 Pimax has.
>>404678127
Wide FoV wouldn't fix the problem I have with all non-pancake headsets which is image quality being blurred if it's anywhere away from the center of the viewpoint.
>>404678127
>With pancake lenses being the new hotness everyone's chasing, don't expect FoV to improve much for a while either.
how come? is it harder to make pancake lenses wider than fresnel?
>>404685993
>>404685993
Yes, if you want to maintain the primary benefit of the small form factors pancake lenses provide. More FoV means you need bigger screens too. And because pancake lenses are drastically more expensive than fresnel, which, again, ties back to the matter of cost for the consumer market. The enterprise sphere has some absolutely wild and impressive VR tech, but you're not gonna sell 4000-8000 dollar headsets to many consumers. Hell, even 1000-2000 dollars can be seen as on the quite high end.

Outer wilds is pretty fun in VR. The ship controls kind of strangely, but its really nice flying from planet to planet. Is there anything else like it in the realm of light puzzles and exploration for VR?
is there a way to edit phasmo controls? Have an index so my character is always either running or out of breath, but when I go to stean settings it says that the controller can't be found, even though I have everything connected.
>>404710169
Outer Wilds is unique being an open world puzzle game with fun traversion. Most puzzle games are walking simulators.
I think Myst remake is the closest but you have to take notes and read books which is uncomfortable in VR.
>>404708603
Of course. But buy the game if you like it, treat it as a demo.
And before anybody comes with you can refund. Bonelabs is the perfect example how this is a scam. First few hours in the game are okay, you think its boneworks, than with every level the quality goes down, after moonbase and gokart I just deleted it. I felt honestly insulted walking through a poorly made landscape with random assets put around.
>>404674691
Adding to
>>404689509
The mechanics are very different too. There is no level scaling, there are a bunch of unique skills that need to be leveled by reading books, you do not regenerate much mana forcing you to diversify your playstyle, you need to eat food to passively regenerate health, and potions can cause you to build up mana sickness (Think toxicity in the witcher) so you can't just chug as many as you want to trivialize combat. Use something like https://github.com/Ashok0/EnderalVREssentials-Nightly for a modlist that includes vastly overhauled combat (Inpa Sekiro) so you can enjoy a fairly fresh RPG. It is lightyears ahead of any other VRRPG.

I've got COM3D2, Honey Select 2 and Koitkatsu but COM3d2 is the only one I've played that is actually playable in VR (if you ignore the shitty controls).

Probably VAM if you download some premade stuff. It has full physics, full body tracking support, support for tons of different toys, even if there is a learning cliff and setup required. Ignore the literal homosexuals trying to groom you to play VRChat. The only sex in that game is gay man on man ERP and it lacks any of the physics that VAM has.
Anyone else has had this issue with Project Wingman? The lighting flickers while playing the game, but it goes away when I pause the game and during menus. I haven't found anyone else with the same problem on the steam forums. Running on quest 2 and RX 6600 XT.

SteamVR might be bugging out, it got a major update this week but steamvr at least should be able to find the controller, however PhasmoVR in general is just a huge fucking mess
Controls are fucked, options are hidden in the book and not in the main menu, frame-timing spikes for indeterminate reasons I don't think anyone tests anything related to VR at all

>>404768392
While I don't like Oculus, this is bad for everyone. No other company is going to be able to invest the money to really move VR hardware forwards and without that happening, it is just going to stagnate and gradually die.
>>404770391
Make a throwaway account, initialize the headset, then just block internet access on it by setting network gateway on the headset to a local ip.
On your PC, set all facebook and oculus ip's to 127.0.0.1 in the host files.
That's it, quest cannot call home anymore, while you can still use airlink/vd.

VR doesnt seem to want to die. Its around since forever and it has reached a point where it has its niche. Niche might be small but its a niche of middle to high income tech nerds. Its always worth marketing to them
>>404772171
Kinda hoping the quest dies so the pandering to lowest common denominator stops in vr. Questification of otherwise stunning games would be an absolute delight but I'm worried it'll be a killing blow as potential profit also dies with the non-enthusiast market.

Yes and Valve fanboys are known for both disclosing it's the same thing for them (and no air link lol) and not incessantly spamming the thread about the Q2 rent free. You are indeed paying for diminishing returns with the Index but I'm not going to pretend the Pro will be able to do anything warrant its price either. The market is far beyond the point where it's all tech demos, then tech demos plus one piece of shit and really the one reason I wouldn't (probably) upgrade to an Index is the Q2 lets me PCVR wirelessly and when I used the piece of shit physical link it was both annoying, never worked and fucked up performance/graphics somefuckinghow.

Their whole account process was overhauled to be more privacy focused because of backlash. You don't need a facebook account and they collect no more telemetry as any other online service (Playstation, Xbox, etc.). People make a big deal out of the Q2 "scanning your room and uploading it straight to Zuck" but passthrough camera footage doesn't get captured in a way that gets uploaded anywhere. The only way that can get pulled is if you're doing ADB tethering or specifically through the oculus software on PC.
Previously facebook being mandatory linkage was the big problem considering how nefarious that platform is, and how much personal telemetry it passes on and collates with advertisers. Tracking you across websites without your consent with cross-site cookies and everything. Now that it's gone, I'd say that having a Meta account is no big deal.

Sampling problem, repetitive pattern combined with sampling leading to consistent dataloss, hiding specific colour zones.

>>404871709
>how bad does it get?
Permanent damage to the lenses inside the headset is how bad it gets. My advice to prevent this is to buy inserts, then wheel the lenses inside the headset as far away from your face as you can, then keep your glasses on as close to your face as you can, and do not play anything where you make sudden movements, as th glasses will bump against the lenses. Glasses are made from harder stuff than the lenses inside the headset and it will scratch.

Way to miss the mark...
Im LITERALLY saying that development is more than just programming, are you genuinely so stupid you cant see that from the obvious hyperbole of saying im 100x.
Go on though, you gave the test, is my answer wrong? Being a legitimately good programmer stems from wanting to always learn, its how i levelled up from 50x to 100x.
Where as posing specific questions then acting like a shitcunt about it reeks more of 0.0001x pajeet code monkey desperation about the 1 thing you learnt from stack exchange which you now cling onto.
>>404903370
Being good at programming means being good at problem solving.
If you are good at problem solving you can literally do ANYTHING.
You think that you specialized and good at something (you are not btw, there is a critical insight that people who push the limits of the hardware always have and I don't see it from you), but in reality you are just a defective ant, not a person.
>raw code is easy
This such a retarded thing to say. "Raw code" is just a way to express to solution to the problem.
But seeing how you refer to yourself as a "100x programmer" most likely you think "more lines of code = better".
>needs no creativity...
Needs no creativity... 100x programmer btw. Just embarrassing to read.
>you gave the test, is my answer wrong?
Solution is bad, not only it was hours late and after the answer was given, but you also didn't understand the problem properly even with all the hints.
I can ask you a different question, even in your "area of expertise" to expose you again (like it wasn't enough already), but we both know you are just going to "disappear" for hours again, so I wouldn't even bother.
Not going to reply to you any more. You just not worth it.
>>404905451
>If you are good at problem solving you can literally do ANYTHING.
Basically any of the OG programmers of yore who had to work without a debugger, SDK, or hell, even documentation.
How people figured out shit back then, especially on pre-IBM machines in a decent time frame is black magic to me.
>>404905451
You really seem to be locked onto this 100x thing hey, I hinted it previously, look up hyperbole please, then revisit my previous comment.
(Further hint, saying 100x is making fun of the type of people that actually think like that.)
My apologies for having even a hint of complexity, i should have remembered im speaking to a legitimate autist and therefore i have to type exactly my meaning with no subtext.
>Being good at programming means being good at problem solving
Yes, and VR game development is more than just problem solving, which is my entire point, ergo i would make a bad VR game. But you sperged out for some reason.
>You think that you specialized and good at something
My software competes with giga companies like SAPs stuff, and comes out on top, so yeah I would say I'm pretty good at it 2bh. It's quite customer specific though so I'm actually quite generalised, however in general the focus is on "hard" problems.
>"Raw code" is just a way to express to solution to the problem.
Yes, and its unironically easy and fun, your point?
>100x programmer" most likely you think "more lines of code = better".
No, quite the opposite. I have a very strong focus on readable and clear code. My stuff sits in systems that will live on like, bank mainframes used to, so long term support is vital.
>Needs no creativity...
Creative problem solving is very different to artsy creativity. Im great at one, not the other.
>Solution is bad, not only it was hours late
Im literally shitposting at work, and to top that off responded in less than an hour lmao. Perhaps one of us has better things to do than sit refreshing 4chan?
(No, no, it's the children who are out of touch)
Im still waiting for an actual critique of my solution btw.
You havent actually offered one other than a high and mighty "try again" to everyone, then being mad people are calling you a faggot

>>404965319
Every week I get worse at this game.
>announcement says 1900 UTC+1
>the games actually start at 1900 UTC+0
>>404975675
No it doesn't. That would be 50 minutes ago.
>>404975817
What does this post mean then? >>404974526
>>404975931
The game crashed, so I stopped playing after 1.5 hours.
>>404975996
Why would we need to know about it if we you were playing alone.
>>404976140
What are you talking about? There were 13 players. Why can't you into timezones?
>>404975675
It says the time right there at the top of the announcement post.
>>404976228
The thing is that I can.
1900 UTC+1 is in 7 minutes, but you were playing already. That's the fucking point.
>>404976394
That's UTC-1...

>>404976508
Oh...THAT'S WHY YOU USE NORMAL UTC WITHOUT PLUSES AND MINUSES AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA

That's okay anon, you're more than welcome to join next week (and on Sunday if there'll be a game again)
>>404976821
Don't worry, I wouldn't be coming anyway, pavlov sucks.
>>404976635
It's because it's always 19:00 in whatever timezone the UK is currently using. Engoy next week when the timezones change in some countries but not all to make it even more confusing :^)
>>404976915
>it's always 19:00 in whatever timezone the UK is currently using.
That's retarded and has been called out before. It was "fixed" into a proper UTC for some time, but then transgender went back to using UK timezone again for some reason.
>>404974679
every week I miss the session.
>>404976904
Pavlov is just an excuse to shake the dust off your headset
What else is there to play right now, Skyrim, again? We all finished HL2VR weeks ago, HL1VR is shit, Bonelabs was shit
>>404977726
We have people, we can "raid" any game. Pavlov is just too obnoxious at this point with all those bugs and terrible voice.
Why not contractors for example. We can switch things up.
>>404977907
That would be VRFPS cheating.
>>404978254
It's an abusive relationship so it's fine to cheat.
We can go back to pavlov when it starts treating us better.
>>404978401
I'd alternate between Cunnytractors and Pavlov each week, but I don't think many others would.
>>404978502
Close-minded people who are afraid of change and would rather do the same thing over and over again than leave their comfort zones are usually not very interesting people personality wise.
>>404978643
Most of the Pavlov players already own Contractors lol
>>404977153
Don't like it? Then host at better time
>>404978643
It's not very nice to call the autistic close minded, Anon. They literally cannot help it
>>404978761
Have trouble reading? Time is not the problem, timezone is.
>>404978502
I would, there is a big lobby mode in contractors now. And physical weapons are cool.
>>404978852
it's not a problem
>>404979090
It's just retarded to use relative UTC when most people are from all over the place.
Forcing everyone to do a double conversion just so you don't have to do conversion at all is just a cuntish thing to do, no matter how you look at it.

>>404984089
Do an eco round.
>>404949294
Onward is the same as the Quest version but with better graphics and some exclusive mods. It has crossplay with Quest.
>>404977726
I use it to watch anime with friends regularly. But beyond that it's just Skyrim and Pavlov for me these days. If a big flat RPG like Gedonia can be made by one person with close to zero money, then why can't we see something of a similar scope in VR made by these multi dev studios? It's a shame.
>>404986589
In short, increased complexity and losing focus to gimmicks.
Compared to a flat game, where a lot of things are animation driven and you can get away with a lot of shortcuts, VR is much more detail focused. That small thing that would never get close to the camera now can be picked up and examined closely. That part of the object that would be normally hidden could be rotated in the player's hand now. A swing that was a simple animation and collision check now need to check velocity and controller position.
There's also a fact that with VR, immersion becomes big. If you look at any VR Dev tutorials, most of them about gimmicks like hand animation, physics interaction, full body inverse kinematics and the likes. But in the end, these are just gimmicks and without a game to back them up, they become old fast (see Bonelab).
On the other hand, if you minimize gimmicks and focus on gameplay, it turns out players won't mind the lack of "immersion" as much: both Pavlov and Compound has minimal VR interaction implementation compared to other titles, yet both are very successful (not to mention the huge success of HL2VR which barely have any).
However, as a dev it's easy to get lost in the details and add fun but ultimately meaningless additions which only increase the complexity of the game and take away resources from the actual game part.
>>404989535
Yeah, "immersion" is a meme.
Why is Pavlov so much more enjoyable when the player count exceeds 10?
>>404993494
It makes matches more chaotic as they are originally designed for 5v5, and chaotic can be fun.
Project Cars 1 worth picking up for VR? It's on a pretty good sale right now.
Getting rid of the Oclus brand was an incredibly fucking stupid mistake
>>404977907
I'd be up for contractors. They can have some silly things done with the custom loadouts that've happened, like Star Wars and Halo.
The only thing I give a shit about with Pavlov is the CoD zombie mods at this point.
>>404977153
It was always hosted at 1900 (Current british time).
When the UK timezone changes, I adjust the time to match. This also happens to match EU timezone changes, and for a EU timeslot this is important.
>>404979372
>double conversion
Are you literally american?
>Hey my timezone is UTC+3
>This game is in UTC+1
>3-1 = 2
>2 hours ahead of my current time
Are you actually so mentally dense that this calculation is impossible for you? The entire point of having a UTC relative is so you can get your time out of it.
>>405020197
>let's overcomplicate for no reason at all
And if it's so easy, then just use UTC+0, indian fuck.
>>405020765
It might be time to put down the computer and learn to count to 12
>>405021025
Name 2 (two) reasons for using UK timezone that changes often instead of just sticking to the UTC.

Because it annoys you and you are an extremely hostile and hateful person.
>>405021350

Oculus is a bit clinical sounding, but Meta doesn't do anything either given how generic it sounds as a word now due to journalists.

Playing VR games with a sort of view model really makes me feel like a manlet, I have to constantly adjust the height manually if it's possible and when it's not my character is goofy as fuck when constantly bent knees. I'm beggining to think 177cm is not the world average.

A terrible case of over weight and under prepared. The new deag is good fun for going loud though. I used to grab the pump shotgun and clear the village shortcut at the start of every tide but now I rock the deag and do it faster and far more expensively. An upgraded pump you can get and repair for free and ammo is so common you never have to buy any even if you main it like I did early game. I must have about 200 shells for the shotgun in my base still without ever having purchased a single one. The deag though I'm finding a fair bit of ammo for it in kolhoz. Definitely not enough to sustain usage indefinitely like a shotgun. Some CHP ammo though which although terrible brings it to the same kill per shot effectiveness as 9x19.
For me, it's M6 Beretta with +P ammo.
Oculus del culus
>>405089564
Same for me on many VR games. I lower the height calibration below my real height until my ingame arms and legs are capable of being straight when I stretch. Some games give those manlet feels worse than others but nobody has every commented on it yet.
