Pokemon snap-style on-rails safari world, but it's a haunted house where your goal is to take pictures of ghosts
the ghosts are shy and scared by sudden movements or making eye contact for too long (use GetBoneLocation etc to figure out how still the player is, raycast to detect gaze etc)
hiding from a ghost while it does something or scaring a ghost at just the right time can unlock new routes or reveal new ghosts to photograph

you get scored for good ghost pictures at the end
