I would say Quest Pro is worth buying if you're really interested in having a face and eye tracking headset in 2024, since there's probably not going to be another headset that has it all built-in for quite a long time IMO.
Like another anon was saying though you have to deal with all the little technical issues that come with using the device with PCVR, and that gets *really* annoying sometimes. The controllers in particular are a constant issue for me and I think the other guy that replied earlier said they're a problem for him too. You can thankfully use your Index controllers in combination with your Quest Pro headset and this works better for me but it's still not perfect.

There are definitely better headsets out there compared to Quest Pro you could look at that have better resolution, less technical issues, better comfort, etc. - but none of them come with face and eye tracking built in.
